what are the odds Grunwald & the Straight Shot offer Shumpert and 2nd rounders in perpetuity for Metta? (only half joking)
Nets have a good squad. BOCKERS better get it together.
wow...at 3.1 mill? Craaazy
ok now we can be worried. They have a mean rotation right now.
wow,
kirilenko last season proved that he is still a top baller,
he has A LOT OF GASOLINE left in the tank, and he's just all over the stat sheet, fantasy stud...
when healthy.
but i think he's perfect for the reserve role they have planned,
AK47 is the type of player that puts a contender over the top.
to my mind, nets are favorites for next year's championship,
it's Nets, Heat, Rest of the World
an 8-man rotation of DWill, Joe Johnson, Pierce, KG, Brook, and AK, Evans, and Blatche off the bench. also have Livingston and Plumlee.
their biggest question mark is Kidd as coach.
Great pickup by them. What a frontline. Krilenko is an upgrade over Hump.
Weep! I couldn't take a playoff loss to the Nets PLUS KG and Pierce- its my worst nightmare! Hopefully we find a way to kick their arses!
Another one of my favorite players - very high BBIQ. Nothing he can't do in short spurts - excellent pick up. It would be interesting to see our bench with Bargs and Amare go against KG and AK47.

interesting? i think it will be more like a massascre
This contract smells funny. He turned down 1 year 10 million to sign a 3 year LLE deal with the Nets worth the same amount. They are circumventing the cap

If Amare is healthy and has some f his old explosiveness it will at least be a contest. But those are big IFs, AK47 may very well neutralize Bargs when we play them. All 4 bigs have injury issues, KG is the toughest and grittiest. Amare closest to effective when healthy. AK the smartest, Bargs the biggest unknown.

you have two guys in pierce and garnett who understand what doc rivers taught them which is "UBUNTU." kidd will bring that same ethos to the team. there will be no issues save for johnson and to a much lesser extent williams.
this nets team is going to be very solid... damn.

The Nets aren't circumventing the cap. MP will have approximately $75-90mil to pay in Lux Tax when this season is over do you want that bill? AK47 wanted to play there last year but wanted to make up money he lost past seasons prior to. He wanted a S&T to Nets that's what he was banking on but it never developed. It's not like the guy hasn't made money in his NBA career though.

You are such a great Knicks fan.
Nets have a deeper better roster than NYK. Our offense is better but all around they have the better team on paper. We'll see what happens. Their big IF is health.
Wow, the Nets are pretty loaded for the next 1 or 2 seasons. Of course, Kidd is still a massive question mark at head coach.

Keep in mind Lawrence Frank is there as an assistant....he had some pretty decent success with Kidd/Carter/Jefferson

I heard his sister just won the Russian lottery
I wish we had a 1st rd pick so I could at least root to win the lottery and land Andrew wiggins
