Maybe because he was playing with Knick guys out there and they said good things? Not really sure what is going on but they certainly have handled his situation in an unusual way. Zwerling said Brown told him he was going to be offered a contract by the Knicks and then nothing happened.

Sounds like Knicks just having a plan B...and yes..I think it is also a ploy to put pressure on Beno.

You're thinking too much man.
The only reason to fly Bobby in is if there is a group in the front office think waiting on Beno is not worth it.

Yeah I get Beno... but come on now, Beno, Felton and Priggy? Not much diversity. Beno and Felton are very much alike. At least Bobby Brown brings a different look.

I don't know either. It kind feels like when they kept Roberson over Ew Jr. Not that I don't think Beno is a good fit it just seems like they are playing with Brown.

Yeah, if anything, Beno and Delonte West have similar games. Beno is a little bit better as a playmaker, Delonte is better defender and three-point shooter. I'd rather have Delonte at this point because he can do a decent job of staying in front quick point guards.
Man, reading his tweets it feels a bit tight getting him to fly to NY for a third workout, then him having to go back to LA without even a verbal agreement. He said he's recieved nothing offer-wise. He desperately wants to be a Knick- I'll feel bad for him if he doesn't make it.
Well he signed with a china team so he isn't desperate. He is showing that he wants to play for ya. I'm also surprised another team hasn't scooped him

Delonte has too many issues still in rear view mirror. Bi polar, problems in Dallas etc. Reason why he is unemployed. Udrith a comparable talent give or take some and a much safer choice to add especially to this squad
