I think August is when front office takes some vacation. Draft is done and most free agents are done or near signing for the bigger money.

Yeah usually it is quiet thru August. Might be a couple rumors here and there but nothing crazy. Might be time for a vacation! August is definitely the quietest month of the year.

I saw that play with Cicely Tyson, Vanessa Willaims and Cuba Gooding Jr.....it was pretty good. Very sweet. Cicely was fantastic. Glad I got to see her. She's old as hell.

Heya gang, haven't posted in some time. I moved back to Russia after 19 years in the US( moved to the States when I was 14). I wasn't sure if I would keep following the Knicks but yet, here I am in the dog days of the summer, cathing up. So happy we got Bargniani( sup dj , its never too late to come back ! ) Now we got that 1-2 punch and JR can finally be the 3-4th option. Felton is about to have a breakout season imho. World Peace is going to provide exactly what we were missing last year. We should punch Indi and Chicago out, figuratively speaking. Miami don't want none of this and the Nets should provide an adequate sparring partner.
Sucks not to be able to come to pick up games or get-togethers :( I wish everyone here and the Knicks to reach our goals, I'll be lurking, hehe

I always look forward to preseason NFL... and once the first game begins I lose interest almost immediately.
