Weakest link might be depth behind Chandler, but hopefully one of Aldrich/Diagu sticks and Tyler comes back healthy. Hardaway Jr. and Shumo won't shoot like that all season, but if they can be reliable 3 pt guys we're going to be nasty.

We will be good just as long as management don't be playing games with our players like Shump.
watching the replay on nbatv right now. anyone else think that felton is not in any better shape than last year and that chandler hasn't gained any muscle? i'm just saying... it's not visible

I actually thought that about Chandler. But then again, my memory is bad.

I specifically looked for Chandler to see if I could tell a difference.
His arms, Shoulders, & Chest got bigger, more bulk and mass.
But he has very lil definition. He is not toned fit after putting on the extra weight.
Hopefully it will give him what he needs to match up against more traditional Centers.
I was most surprised my Hardaway Jr. He is much further along than I anticipated and could contribute on day 1.
Shumpert is such a solid player, we struck gold when we picked him up.
Bargniani will have posters drooling after a couple of 20+ point games in a row... Probably get into his flow by game 15.
Tyson's jumper looked smooth and fluid which are two words I never thought I would use to describe his shot.
I liked what I saw from Udrih, but he will have to clamp down on his shot selection a bit.
Artest is a very calming force out there for us which is obviously very ironic. He is a solid 2-way player.
Carmelo is Carmelo... I can't wait to see some more Olympic type performances from him once the games mean something.
-only other time in his career Carmelo has had this many options on offense with him was the Olympics.

Unless a guy was taking illegal substance--there is almost no way a fit man could do much better than Tyson Chandler did by getting up to 253 in shape. I don't think a 7-1 man will transform into Arnold in three months even if he spent 24 hours a day doing push ups.

that's because arnold didn't do push ups,
he hit the squats and deadlifts

Tyson doesn't look much different, but remember he is 7ft so 12lb's isn't going to be THAT noticible. He looks better than he did in the postseason.
Felton definitely has lost the weight/converted it to muscle if you saw some of the photos. He didn't look much different in the game but he has a short neck so he's always going to look stocky in games.
this is gonna be the craziest opening night in the last 20 years,
you got bargs, melo, MWP!!, other players, tyson with a point to prove, timmy jr, SHUMP!!!,
excitement level? average for every d'antoni game, 7/10; linsanity, 9.2/10; today, 9.7/10

Well so far, combining me and gunsnewing, we're on -16.998%. Your dream is close to becoming reality.

it's a quality of life thing,
it doesn't take more than 2 or 3 45 minute sessions per week to build muscle

I speacialize in mental health, not physical! I go swimming 3 times a week, but that's mainly so I can eat more cakes immediately afterwards...
