Better conversations starts with hitting the ignore button.

lol,
i don't know about that,
i think it's possible to engage everyone on some coherent level, we're all humans

see i recognized that as a joke, but my banter skills need improvement,
your comment was an opportunity for banter, but i ended it with the finality of my response
what are some general banter techniques that you guys apply?
i know some people, they have this come naturally to them, i really have to learn this like i am learning a new skill
can someone actually outline banter approach in a few bullet points
or maybe my banter skills are just fine, but i could be in the wrong environment to banter?
but then the question is, why shouldn't a man be able to banter across all environments? isn't that the mark of a true banterer?
One of the things I do is to criticize/critique my own opinions. I think it's the best way to add balance and depth to a given position. It also helps me to swallow my own pride and admit when I'm wrong.

playa is living proof positive that your proposition is false, Mr. Nalod sir.
Plus, talking to yourself does not necessarily lead to coherence.
