Thats the problem....It should be Melo as the 2nd scorer and JR as the 3rd scorer.
When you have to depend on two players known for jacking up bad shots (at a low percentage rate), It's called fools gold.
Knicks need a point guard.....a guy like Kemba... someone that puts defenses in their heals at all times. That opens up the court for everyone.

I think JR's role is already given....and quickly increasing with every loss.
If we had more scoring in the paint, I doubt Woodson thinks about going all in with JR again. I hope that's taken care of somehow. Melo will get his stroke back, just a matter of time. Shump will have a larger role in the offense this season because he's healthy. As bad as things are now, I don't believe its bad enough to hand the keys to the offense to JR again. Not yet anyway. Still have to see what Beno can bring and Murry as well. Hope we get some help in the paint soon, from somewhere.

Isn't that why we kept Chris Smith....Murry
JR can score but he isnt gonna make a major difference especially with tyson out and other guys looking horrible
jr is not important to this team he is part of the problem.
