I really think he can play the roll camby did for the knicks back when the knicks went to the championship vs the spurs. a defensive spark off the bench and running the second unit with jr. I know its been one game but i feel our starting unit is better with the Italian as our starting center. he really opens up our offense, but obviously time will tell.
4 hideous and 1 good game by Bargnani and this is what people think now?
chandler really makes our offense 4 on 5 he has zero offensive game, and teams now play for the pick and roll when he is on the floor. so its pretty much a waste of the shot clock.
this should have been a real thread after the playoffs last year

He makes it 6 on 5 when he gets those offensive rebounds because he's grabbing more 2nd chance points than you'd expect 2 centers to be able to grab for us.
he is a great rebounder yes. but how has our offense fared early in games this year with him on the floor

I'm not sure about this.
Tyson and Bargs might be able to both start. Bargs should just get PNP opportunities that Tyson gets and Tyson should get more opportunities to crash the glass with more one on one opportunities as Bargs takes one of the bigs out of the paint, unless they decide to just let him shoot.
This is not a concern right now. More PNP shots from the foul line and corners please. With this under wraps, we can worry about blending Chandler and Bargs in the starting 5.

bingo, I agree with this and the general concept that we mix up our attack. The less predictable we are the harder we will be to defend.
Anybody notice how thin the bobcats were upfront, and how good that made us look?
Will see how Bargs will do against Spurs.
If they will not eat him alive I will start changing my mind.

Now why introduce facts?
But seriously though, this thread is severely premature and really pointless.
Even last year K-mart was able to hold it down til Tyson got back.
Tyson is our center, one game doesnt change that.
This is a blasphemous post!! After one game vs the immortal bobcats...now we should bench our best defensive player
