There's been discussion about us signing Kevin Love but I'm far more intrigued by the "stragglers" that the Wolves have left on the roster. They have 3 young talents that are rumored to be on the block, which could jump start a retooling/rebuilding process: (1) Gorgui Dieng, (2) Derrick Williams and (3) Alexey Shved.
I think that they could truly blossom if they went to a new destination where they could get consistent touches and have the opportunity to develop. If we were willing to part with a few of our vets (e.g. JR Smith)/blow things up, we might actually have a chance at getting all 3.
I would go after Alexey Shved
All three are presently playing like trash and have a history of playing like trash.

Dieng's been in the league for 6 games. What "history" are you referring to exactly?

I would take Dieng, Louisville head coach raved how he likes to continue to learn to get better

Is that in Europe because in the NBA he sucks as a shooter. Below 38% and 30% from three.

No he isn't- last year: 37.2% FG, 29.5% 3PT. This year: 20.8% FG, 16.7% 3PT. Plus he's slow. He is awful!
