Knicks · Game Thread: Knicks @ Wizards - Saturday, 11/23 7:00 PM - Critical Game (page 1)

Everyone on the team wants to talk about silver linings from the IND game. And it's true, if the Knicks had been playing well to start the season, this game is a tough game, but representative of 2 good teams battling it out. However, that is not the case. The Knicks have obviously been bad. And I told myself I needed a break and wouldn't watch Saturday. That was a lie. I will be watching.

But if they lose this game I'm writing this season off. If they really found something on Wednesday then it'll show. This game and this road trip are going to be the difference between salvaging this season and the season falling apart. If the Knicks come back to the Garden near .500, we'll have a season. if they come back 3-12, a real possibility, we're finished.

They'd be 4-11 if the win 1 game. Realistically I think they'll be 6-9. Not good, but not dead. 4-11 or 3-12 they're dead.

Every game is critical at this point. My gamepicker is still set at 82-0!

MSG--not in this division. Even if things go foul for a while---we'll never be separated by any team in in this division. It will take the Knicks only 1 winning streak all year to keep within close to .500 to win the 3rd seed. We could play .400 and win 7 in a row and win the division. Thats how bad it is.

I think this team is lacking in mental toughness so much that coming back 4-11, 3-12 could end the season. But you're right...in terms of just making the playoffs I guess it'll always be a possibility as long as Brooklyn continues to be as bad as we are.

Knicks starting the same tonight as last two games: Udrih, Shumpert, Kenyon, Bargnani and Anthony.

I really, really can't take another loss (especially if Al Harrington buries us).

Please, please win this!

It's so frustration that we suck this year- with Roses injury, the Bulls are no longer elite. Really in the east that just leaves Indy and Miami as threats. Shame we can't capitalize.
