I think I would trade Shumpert for him straight, but please no picks. How can the trade be close but they don't know who the trade partner is??? Are these teams possibilities only or have they all been in active discussion with the wolves?

Although looking at his stats they don't look so great this year, maybe not

gunsnewing @ 11/25/2013 4:20 PM
That would be awesome. I wanted him last year with picks when I suggested trading Melo
gunsnewing @ 11/25/2013 4:22 PM
For Shumpert? Hmmm not so sure now
smackeddog @ 11/25/2013 4:27 PM
Please lord no!

I think that trade is worthy of jizzing in one's pants. Make the move!

What is it you like about him, gunsnewing? You've mentioned him a few times, but i don't know what you see in him.

He's a good young player with upside but man, are they intent on trading Shumpert at all costs now or what? Wow..
martin @ 11/25/2013 4:31 PM
LOL 4 teams mentioned and only player's name shows up in tweet. What are even the vague details? Did I miss something?

unless they're taking faton off our hands too, this won't work.

I see a ton of potential. A guy that scores inside at will but the rest of his game still is raw. But what happens when Tyson returns and we still have Bargnani Kmart and Amare? Dolan is so down on Shumpert he will trade him for peanuts to rot on the bench

GustavBahler @ 11/25/2013 4:48 PM
Wiiliams averages a little over 2 rebounds in 15 minutes with 4-5 pts. Don't see how this is going to make us better.
gunsnewing @ 11/25/2013 4:49 PM
Tyson , Bargnani? Artest? Melo? Lol
gunsnewing @ 11/25/2013 4:58 PM
THJ has value. That would work for all teams

scroll up and peep what he did in previous years....he's not in their plans this year. Kid has tons of talent. Same potential tag that Shump.

The Wolves could care less about what Derrick could do for another team if he can reach his potential. They don't have time for it any more and want to let him try somewhere else and get back some value....that's what we need to do with Shump

You can't go by that bro -- the dude hasn't been getting consistent playing time. He's a serious talent that should eventually thrive once given ample PT. Question here is -- how does he fit with Melo? Seems like a move for this kid would only add to the lack of cohesion, not alleviate or add to cohesion. Another square peg for our big round hole...Unless it's a move for a primary building block once Melo's gone?? I dunno...Just on talent alone, he's a better talent than THJ. Not even close. Better player than Shumpert too, really. More upside.

Im thinking he's lazy, had a nice dunk set up and at 6"9 he hits the front of the rim with the ball and went down court like nothing happen. Nightlife will eat him up in NY if the team is losing.
gunsnewing @ 11/25/2013 5:40 PM
Is he closer to cwebb or Tim Thomas is the question
