People still fall for the late game comeback only to fail at the end? This has been happening for over a decade now. I thought people would stop falling for it now.
This is what bad teams do.....

Its not so much falling for it than preferring it to the alternative which is "Game over man! Game over!"
"Knicks are fattening up the league, Mike"

LMAO
Only JR could look Melo right in the eye and not give him the ball in perfect position to score.

To score you need to shoot, to score more you need to shoot more, hoops galore!

There was a rumor during the playoffs.
Next game starting line up brags, amare, melo, hardaway jr, beno.... Cause why not what do we have to lose those are the best looking players we got
Excuse me for repeating myself, but we need a reliable PG in the worst way. If we are going to make a move I hope thats the first one we make.
JR is killing us and Shump is mentally f'd. We can't win with no offensive plan and loose canons on the floor. GOTTA FIRE WOODSON! He isn't in control of our problem players and he has no answers on O or D. So what's the point of him as coach.

Glad Im not playing this year.
Looking at the lowlights during the postgame show I seen a defensive play that pretty much sums up how bad Woody is on D. He runs a double team on a postup and the defender is only one pass away. So instead of playing man D and getting a contested postup shot he gives up a wide open 3 to Lilard. You can not give NBA players open 3's.

Woody is a FRAUD. He got over with having a HOT Melo and Jason Kidd to lean on last year. When you really break down his skills as a coach it's far less impressive than his gaudy regular season record. He's showing us NOTHING this year. Team looks poorly coached and now that he's the sole source of guidance you can see he's got no answers.

Exactly! This is why he loves Vets so much. Vets don't need to be coached. Vets hide is lack of coaching ability. You never hear Coach Pop asking for a team full of vets. He takes whatever team he has and puts them in the best position to succeed.
amare post game comments... not enough ball movement. iman said similar.

How is it humanly possible for no one to learn anything every game?!

What's the point?
This seems to be a theme we hit on nightly, but once again the Knicks had a tough time stopping the opposing point guard. Damian Lillard had 23 points and six assists. He routinely got by Beno Udrih, the Knicks' starter. New York entered play Monday night allowing point guards to score an average of 21 points per game. Not good. You can bet that Chris Paul is looking forward to Wednesday night.
They lost 102-91 to the Blazers on Monday, their sixth straight defeat. They haven't loss six straight since March 2012, when Mike D'Antoni was coaching the team- ESPM.
