This seems to be a theme we hit on nightly, but once again the Knicks had a tough time stopping the opposing point guard. Damian Lillard had 23 points and six assists. He routinely got by Beno Udrih, the Knicks' starter. New York entered play Monday night allowing point guards to score an average of 21 points per game. Not good. You can bet that Chris Paul is looking forward to Wednesday night.
They lost 102-91 to the Blazers on Monday, their sixth straight defeat. They haven't loss six straight since March 2012, when Mike D'Antoni was coaching the team- ESPM.
Just admit the team isnt good, and it will make you feel much better.
Woody has the talent...just doesn't know how to use them. Subs like a kid in a candy store...I'll have some of this and some of that etc. Seems like he subs because he has to get them in to get their predefined minutes instead of having any type of strategy.
Whatever happens, I hope the new coach removes Herb. I have the feeling he wants the team to fail hoping he'll get another chance at HC. Don't like his vibe or demeanor on the bench.

The man won more games every year he was in Atlanta and that includes his time in NY. His achilles heel has been the playoffs. dude im sorry but woodson is just not a good coach. maybe he knows defense, maybe he doesn't, but his offensive schemes are awful, there is no ball movement, no creativity. our young players haven't improved. this team constantly comes out of timeouts and runs dogshit plays. woodson is not the ONLY problem with this team, but he's gotta go - it's time.

Again, you might disagree with the job he's doing but thats a long way from being a fraud. We had our best season in more than a decade. Woodson was doing something right. I agree he's not doing a good job, but Its flat out wrong to say the man was never able to coach.

Larry Brown did a lousy job but he is a championship coach in college and in the pros, not a fraud, as much as you are trying to change the meaning of the word.
