good thing we don't have any draft picks this year!
Looks impressive. Reviewed his stats before -- something like 14/10 with 4-5 blocks per. That's good production. Tuned in last year to watch ASU a few times to get a better look at Carson and I don't really remember this kid. I'll be tuning in to see more this year when they're on for sure...Gotta love the size, the footwork, the ability to seal his man off and finish quick/strong at the rim and the shot-blocking ability looks first rate. Doesn't look sloppy and overly demonstrative blocking a shot like some guys -- looks like he goes straight up, doesn't bit on fakes and doesn't look like he's prone to fouling unnecessarily. Not looking to put the ball in the first row a-la K-Mart for the most part -- a few emphatic blocks on this video but then at other times it seems he realizes that blocking a shot and actually keeping it in play is the way to go. I like what I see here.
Here's hoping we actually keep our $3mm cash allotment available for the draft this year and don't include it in some trade beforehand. $3mm may not get us into the 1st round like years past but maybe it could get us a pick midway through the 2nd round where we could potentially have a shot at a kid like this. Let's hope.

Hhere are 4 different centers that have NBA potential or certain draft-ability-- 3 7 footers and 1 6-10 player who has long arms(not stating anyone who is already listed in mock drafts--this is strictly players who are not ranked but I think will be by seasons end.
1 Bachynksi--really at 7-2 hes a late lottery pick 12-18 I think he can be real good--not a 20-10 player--but a piece that fits on a great team.
2. Cady Lalanne--very under rated junior C from Mass--hes 6-10 with long arms good body--would compare to a taller Kurt Thomas with mored offensive interior skill. Hes a junior--so have no idea if hes coming out--but my guess hed go 18-28
3. Alex Kirk--7-0 C from New Mexico hes a hoss with skills not the fastest guy but fast enough for 7-260 he can play inside out hes got pro skills something like 23-33 late first round very early 2nd
4.Omar Oraby 7-2 275--Hes got potential--hes a second rounder but it would be a very worthy 2nd round pick not many guys with his size plus he can play. 38-48 if he works hard he will be able to contribute in the nBA
Would want to see him up against guys his size, but he moves well. Some nice post moves as well. Are we allowed to buy a pick?

Lol Keep an open mind. The Trailblazers though the same thing and took Sam Bowie over Jordan. Cleveland though the same thing this past draft and we see where they are no.

but we don't have any draft picks this summer, we can probably buy 1 with 3m to spend
the just isn't likely to have that high of ceiling player like Jordan that can contribute right away at what we can buy for a pick
Now for 2015, different story but I am talking about FA, undrafted rookies, 2nd rounders, or/and picks we can possibly buy realistically
