Knicks · I believe that game with the Pacers broke the Camels back. Loosing that game the way we did. Heres why. (page 1)

That game verses the Pacers was a hard fought game and we already had a loosing streak. But if we only won that game it would have put confidence in the players. Basketball is part talent part emotions, part team work, part syke, and part confidence. We had it all during that game and then the Shump foul. It took everything out of what was left in the guys. Hell if we can't win that game then hell we can't win nothing. Every forth quarter when the game gets close they play to loose. Their thought process is ooh here we go again and they loose their concentration and confidence to win because they believe they are gonna loose not matter how hard they try. They start trading baskets and then they start missing shots no defense. And believe me Melo's confidence is shaken also. They go into the blame game and everyone is fighting each other. And thats what happens when you loose a game like the one we loss to the Pacers. It can be a season killer.

I agree that was a must win game. It was our best game UNTIL the last minutes. The Bulls game was teh same thing. This team just doesnt have any good two way players. Melo and Bargnani can score BUT they're horrible defenders. Our point guard position is a mess. Tyson has become the most important players because we see teh effect of his injury has on teh team. one positive is Hardaway JR, in his limited minutes he has shown some good things. he still has a lot of things to work on but he could be apart of the next rebuild. lets afce it this group isnt gonna do better than last year. last Year was a golden oppurtunity. Jr and Shumpert have regressed, carmelo is nowhere near what he was last year, and Tyson is injury prone. Time to rebuild and set up for 2015 for the next FA class

Agree. It was a must win game and it appeared to have been won in regulation. The last two calls were very questionable and there certainly was no home court or superstar bias. If anything the refs seemed to anti-knicks.

I'm guessing we're going to get the Nets best this season (which isn't saying much),they are in the same boat as we are. Not to mention their owner doesn't want to lose to their crosstown rival either, and the players know it.

They don't have Pierce and we don't have Tyson so its anyone's guess who will come out on top. I wouldn't say its a must win for anyone except for maybe Woodson. Tyson isn't going to solve all our problems but until he comes back the jury is still out on wether or not this season can be salvaged.
