Knicks · Jr smith (page 1)

I think he needs his own thread, there's just a mountain of fustration from fans in regards to this dude..I distinctively remember last season that he made an unbelievable effort to focus on taking to the rim, not only did his # increase to a career high, he earn 6th man of the yr by doing so.

I don't know if he's knee operation has robbed him of his lift, but he is clearly not himself. He's lacking confidence, heart, and brains this season and he is a major piece to the puzzle.

I give woodson a lot of heat for his moves this season, and although I don't agree with Woodson treatment of JR, I do understand why he plays him through his struggles. He's just to important to our success if we're going to have any going fwd.

When he decided to take 1 shot in the 2nd Boston game, he did that because of the rift he had with woods the day before the game. I m starting to believe he has completely tuned out woodson cause he hasn't giving the coach a drop of support like melo, felton. Go figure

Like Starbury: JRbury. This guy and his antics are a camaraderie killer. While he's our "second best" player, him and his bro are the first I would dump. Pity too, we could use his athleticism.

JR is my favorite Knick

His tweet about catching grief reminded me of the same passive aggressive BS many girls enjoy using.

Hopefully THJr is smart enough not to be influenced by this clown.

Every time THJr comes home his dead tells him:
"Look at JR, if you will be like him I will kill you..."

Its brutal the how immature this guy is. Almost gets his coach fired taking one shot and then tweets something about fans still being mad.

"play through his struggles"? meaning, since the playoffs? For every shot he makes, he gleefully takes 3. not winning basketball, and lack of discipline not helpful either.

Melo is a uniquely gifted, albet inefficient, scorer. Combining his inefficiencies with JR's crushes this team.

Chandler's presence last night obvious, hope it helps them. More Hardaway, less JR, please.

I'm which you on that more THJ, but woodson will never bench JR in favor of tim, at least not for more than a game, he's pretty much hoping he gets on track. I don't think many coach's would either. JR is just to talented and streaky to simply give up on him.

And if your wish comes true and the rook breaks down, we can all hold hands and point at what a miserable idiot coach we have who couldn't manage time properly. Would you sign up for watching another Shump-type end of the season break down with THJr, just to eradicate JR?

This is actually false but he isn't extremely efficient

Here's the thing. JR is a HUGE problem for this team as he's the WORST guard we have and yet Woody plays him the MOST right now. Based on his poor production JR shouldn't even be playing, but that's never going to happen. The real issue isn't JR, but WOODSON, who refuses to limit his minutes. THJ deserves JR's minutes.

Raymond Felton: 32 minutes, 10.3 points, 2.4 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 2.0 turnovers, 1.1 FTA, 39% FGP, 28% 3PTP,
