I don't follow Vecsey so I am not sure if he is just joking or if this is real.

He is joking. Saw this on another knick site and the guy didn't copy the team meeting part.

When did Vecsey stop writing really bad sports sitcom scripts? He hasn't been funny since Hubie Brown left Hoops du Jour.
