I mean, I do agree some players can elevate the play of others. For some players (PGs) its their primary job. Is that EVERY player's job? If everyone does their job dont they ALL elevate each other's play? I mean no matter how much you pay em its still just one guy...

Let me just clarify what I said. No super Star is comming. We will go back to the dark ages and it will take us 5 years to be a half contender if we are lucky. We must now put our trust in Dolan. LeBron left Cleveland bc his team sucked. He decided to play with the best SG in the league and a top 5 PF at the time. Clearly the best player in the league and pretty much everybody else disagrees with u on the one guy thing.

no, as great as lebron is, I don't think it is fair to say his team that made it to the finals.. Sucked..

He left to stack the deck in miami.. It worked, but he also lost some respect for that... but in the end, he got his rings..

But his team didn't SUCK...

Dolan's in the equation no matter what path we take. You can't use his name to cast doubt only on TKF's vision for the team. The options are Dolan + Melo taking up half the entire salary cap or Dolan + full cap space.
