This has been a rough season. Probably one of the worst I can remember and I am including the Layden and Isiah years. At least Melo hasn't turned into Marbury. At least he brings it every night. The rest of the team is atrocious and so is our coaching. Woodson was a long term mistake.
Look i dont think melo is on durant or lebron's level BUT he is 10 times better than Marbury.
No doubt about it. He isn't a top 3 player but he is def top 10 and maybe top 5. I am impressed he has held it together with all of the losing. We have had so many others give up in the past.
My only issue with melo is that he didnt wait to come to us as a free agent. i think he regrets that because we could hasve used those assets to get paul or howard. We also would have used the amnesty on amare

Persoally i think we need to do a proper rebuild. i know fans hate the term "rebuild" but lets face it either way we are are losing. at least we can develop some young players and also get salary cap relief for 2015 which has a good FA class
Our last second shots are always so bad. Like really? You know Melo is gonna shoot it. Pass it to someone else who can at least set and shoot.
Unreal. Woodson on the sidelines furiously scribbling on that pad, yelling at his players and both times its clear out and dump the ball to Melo, fing again. We talk about Melo trusting his teammates, Woodson needs to do the same in crunch time. No vote of confidence there.

I agree. We can't win with Melo, he wants too much money. The cap is going to make sure NYK basketball sucks unless we do a proper rebuild with young players.
The stars all want huge money to play here but you can't fill out a roster if you have to overpay to get talent in this league. You need draft picks and a plan.

Im a diehard Knick fan BUT i envy teams like OKC and Spurs. These teams are so well run and they have a plan for long success. The Knicks have a dumb owner and management. They continually overpay and trade youth/picks for the past 15 years with abd results
