Im a diehard Knick fan BUT i envy teams like OKC and Spurs. These teams are so well run and they have a plan for long success. The Knicks have a dumb owner and management. They continually overpay and trade youth/picks for the past 15 years with abd results

Exactly. Some people are in denial that the Knicks are a good team they arent. This team has been bad since 2000. I understand we won 54 games last year BUT everything went right for us to do that

Melo is what he is. He is a great scorer BUT not much else. Thats why he isnt near guys liek durant and lebron who are more complete players. I mean there is a reason why Melo has had bad playoff success

I heard Beussard on the radio yesterday saying the Knicks won't trade Melo and are ok risking losing him for nothing because they will be clearing future cap space for 2015.

Not sure I agree that's the way to go. I would at least try to get draft picks for him. He did say he thinks NYK is the favorite to sign him - but I bet that's at $30 million which will kill us.

Exactly plus melo is going into his 30's and will decline sooner or later because he has a alot of mileage on him. but liek you said dolan will probably offer him 6 years 35 million per year
