Walker is a tremendous shot blocker. I think someone, Finest?, suggested the Knicks take a look at him when Tyson broke his leg.

Wears a size 19 shoe and has a 9-5 standing reach to go with a 7-6 wing span ...

Plumlee has played really well for them. I don't think they chase Tyson with Plumlee. Pull Plumlee out and maybe they make that move.

They also drafted alex Len.... he's going to have to play sometime. So they have no use for chandler. We should have traded them shump when we had the chance.

Precarious situation trying to trade off Chandler. It's not as easy as some think. First off -- the man makes $14.1mm this year (prorated down with half a season already in the books) and about $14.6mm next year. Although the expiring contract next year can be looked at favorably, that's a lot of cheddar for what this guy actually provides. Unless a team has major cap room to absorb his salary outright, a team would have to come up with a similar level in outgoing salary -- that alone makes it difficult... And then Eny's right -- can't just pawn him off on any old team that already have viable options at the 5, some younger and a lot cheaper. Managing the cap is crucial in the NBA -- developing younger players over the long haul really needs to be part of any team's equation.. He's a hard guy to deal even playing up the expiring contract angle. It has to be a team that could use an upgrade at C, maybe a mentor for other young bigs already on a roster, a team looking for leadership (even though I question this aspect), and/or to save a team money. I agree a team like PHX has no use for him.

Right now I consider Plumlee as good or better than Chandler--he simply is. Then you throw into equation 14mm???? I don't think Tyson fits their style of play. If I was Phoenix i have the best backcourt in the NBA I have other nice pieces I have three draft picks and significant cap room--Ill try to convince Carmelo or Lebron to come here.
