Shumpert is not worthy of being a starter
Hardaway can really light up, but you have to drill thru his head, that he must get back on defense and cant gamble as much
Felton needs to be traded or permanently benched, Give murry his mins.
Tyler needs to be in, in the 4th quarter.
This team needs another scorer, melo playing 40+ mins per night, is an injury waiting to happen
Shumpert isnt worthy of playing time this season, he looks horrible.

He's looked good in spurts, but HE MUST ATTACK THE BASKET, stop with the retarded shots.
And prigioni is 36, you leave him an entire quarter, what else did you expect?
Hardaway has star potential. Only 21 and still learning but he already has "Big Shot" ability. Shumpert and Chandler will never reclaim their 2012 form. Felton needs to stay at dunkin donuts, jr is just dumb. if Melo wasnt serious about taking a paycut then he needs to let management know now so we can get some assets since we gave up a ton for him
shump needs to come off the bench as well as felton and chandler. tyler, amare, melo, thjr, pablo that is our best starting line up to get us in the playoffs Id even settle for a chandler, tyler, melo, thjr, pablo
Pablo is not the answer at point guard, hes not enough of an offensive threat, EVER.
And he cant really stop anyone
Should we try and get Kemba Walker and Jefferson from the Bobcats? I mean Kemba can score and drive to the basketball and get steals...a bit identical to John Wall only with a pinch less Defense
Ok so earlier you were gonna trade shump and felton for carter williams.
Now you wanna trade for kemba and al jefferson? Please tell me who you plan on giving up for them........I'll wait................
If this team had an average pg that could protect and distribute the ball, this team would've done great this season. Our woes begin at point. Felton is terrible on both ends of the floor, and pablo get that occasional spurts of good defense followed by an inopportune turnover. IMO Pablo isn't worthy of backup status. This team is dead in the water if they don't do something about this pg situation. I would this team to give Murry and/or some hungry D-leaguer a shot. That could probably jump start this team. Felton lack of off season conditioning shows that he doesn't care about this team. There is a good possibility next season could be his last in the NBA. I don't think anything would give him a shot after what he did this season. He is playing far worst than when he was in Portland. Felton has the skills to be a really good player, but it seems that he is more worried about eating burgers rather then playing Bball.

dude, you were supposed to change your name before you came up with another ridiculous trade...
Idk people....right now any Pg Is better than what we've got....and the trade deadline is in two days!! Two days...we just got through a very dreadful half of this season....How the hell are we suppposed to get through the rest of this season huh? Tank and wait till summer to rebuild? We need to act now and fast....perhaps these trades I'm suggesting are a too bold and dumb but we have to do something
This is going to be a long season boys...must act.
So many issues, agree with most of above. beyond PG play, however (and that's a huge issue), its the approach. Faults of players? Coach? both? unclear. Of 85 shots, 27 3 PFG? 22% from behind the line is crushing. Just don't get their approach at either end of court.
The decisions Woodson makes and the game plan had got to be punished. Fire him and stock an intern in there. We can't tolerate this anymore.
There is a Jason Vogel on the Knicks staff according to mr earls too many cooks thread. Hire him
Pablo is by far our best PG
Had Lin been on this team, I think he could work well with Pablo, at least on OFF, and with a our roster we will NEVER bee a good/great defensive team
However, we need multiple players that has the ability to penetrate and that are athletic to make up for Pablo's inabilities
Right now the best we have are both JR Smith and Tim Hardaway JR, which are both SG's, if JR Smith was anything close to last year, I think it would greatly help but he is not
Iman is no SF and we have no SF/PF to play, a position I have been saying to pick up for 2 years, outside of Melo and MWP *done*
I don't think he is at the right place in terms of development and system
We get literally NOTHING at this point by trading him and I do not think he sucks, he is lacking confidence
This summer he needs to work hard to come back playing SG/PG on both ends, now if he sucks again, then do what is necessary
However, we need to either move on by trading CA, or make a move that would improve the team
Patty Mills?
Tyson Chandler have any interest in the league?
With Tyler/AB/Kmart/STAT/ we should be fine at C, we need another scorer
Also, NOT CHANGING COACHING in the ALL STAR BREAK was the greatest mistake, playing Pablo 2 quarters without rest, continuously playing Melo till he has no legs
I also wanted to credit Melo for making the extra pass and trusting his team mates, even though they didn't connect, it is about making the correct decision with consistency
Woodson is just horrible, I am sick of his STARE
If we get no upgrade at PG, I would sit Felton and bring in Murry. It baffles me me how Shumpert still can't finish. Nothing that repetition can't fix. I put part of it on the training staff not being able to help Shumpert with this problem. Even Prigs is driving more than Shump at this point.
Still believe Shumpert has lots of talent, but this is definitely his Achilles heel. Unless he sorts this out, the rest of his game isn't going to be enough to make up for this glaring deficiency.

I agree, however, Iman doesn't play with a PG that can facilitate and penetrate when he plays SG, and he is just a mismatch when he plays SF in addition to the mismatches of our PG and SG with Felton and Pablo starting
Iman has sacrificed for the better of the team, he has been playing SF rather than developing at SG/PG *the position he excelled at in his rookie year, especially with Lin* his development is hindered by Woodson and the lack of talent on our roster
If we cannot get good value for him, I would rather hold on to him, but would not start him at this point
With JR Smith, Tim Hardaway JR, and Iman Shumpert, we have 3 SG's, a reason why I was not fond of the Tim Hardaway JR pick, it was the position that we needed the least to address with out rotations out of all 5 positions
Tim Hardaway JR currently fits Melo the best, because he is the best shooter, with some ability to penetrate if his shot is being defended
Prigs and TH Jr are probably our two best guards.
With Prigs starting, is Felton really a PG at this point? Just asking.

someone sees!
Im not talking Chris Paul either... just good play. The only thing our guards do (generally) is take care of the ball. Aside from that look at 82games.com we literally get outscored, out shot, out rebounded, out assisted... everything. Our starting backcourt gives up 17ppg to the opposition.
If you watched that game you could see the Knicks can do a lot of things, but there is no coheasion and tons of standing around because when you have no floor general its iso iso iso iso
