I think he is the perfect medium between Teague and Lowry. Cheaper than Teague locked in to a more reasonable contract and younger than Lowry.

He's one of my favorite players in this league. I think you guys know that. I been bitching about him since he came in the league. It probably is too late for that. I think before the Draft we could have traded Shump for him. Too late now

Hind sight being 20/20. We could have dumped Chump for Bledsoe, Thomas and so many other players. But Shump has no value now or very little we would be lucky to get a second rounder for him. The worst part is he isn't even this bad. His vendetta against management for the trade rumors and the summer league situation has made in my eyes Shump into a malcontent and a saboteur. Yet the Knicks and Woody keep playing him.
