how did I miss this thread?? Felton should not dress for the Knicks again. Innocent until proven guilty but you put a loaded gun in your wife's face=I dont want him on my team ever again. A LOADED gun.
That is not part if the charges Briggs.

My guess is that she's probably smart and the last woman you'd want to have angry at you. Woman are usually more apt to plan a way to hurt you if they're bitter and her being a law student doesn't help. I don't think she's crazy. I think she's calculating. Maybe Felton got caught fooling around on her. Whatever the situation, he left himself open and she took full advantage. She knew full well how serious this was going to be so, she was really done with him to go this far.
plotting to ruin someones life and, taking calculating steps to do it because he slept with other chicks..were talking an NBA Baller for the NYK knicks..and you don't think thats crazy.
Even if she walk in her bedroom and seen him having a threesome, you don't go and take no loaded fkng gun to the police and say here..this is my soon to be x husbands...
How do the cops know he had the gun in the house, she brought the gun to the police station.
He could say that gun was in alabama in his love pad the last time he saw it, and she has all the motive in the world to want to frame him..
Maybe there's some information that I'm missing, but how can one just walk into a police station and hand in a gun and say it was at my house it's my so an so..I could easily buy a gun from florida bring it to a police station and say here, this was in my house, it my girl friends..
As far as I know her lawyer actually handled the gun and her story was that she was in fear of Felton and that gun. The fact that there is a divorce in process probably helped to make the case to the police. Also I hear that the gun was registered in North Carolina but not in NY. It would be easy to check that and place the blame on Felton as the one who brought it with him to NY and had it in their apartment.
How do I know she didn't hop in her car and ride to NC pick up the gun and drive straight back to a NY police station and give it to them ."here this is my cheating ass husbands gun, he's been waiving it around the house"
That doesn't sound far fetch to me..It would be his word against hers. she doesn't have one single domestic complaint prior to this, Not a shred of evidence to indicate domestic abuse, other then filing for divorce..
My gut feeling is telling me she's doing this to drag him into the mud, there's no way in the world they can prove he had the gun in the house unless he flat confess to it..any (better call saul/breaking bad) lawyer can get this case dismiss

There is one report that said Felton tried to give his gun to his divorce lawyer but the lawyer said he couldn't accept it. That being said either she was afraid of Ray or really angry at him. Either way he is screwed.

If Felton was waving a gun at her why didn't she call the police. Or better yet why did she or how did she go get the gun and bring it to the police. I thought they were seperated. She seems to be a smooth operator. Any time she just walk into the police station to bring Felton down?? Maybe she had the gun all the while and she brought the gun up North. How did she get the gun?? I thought they were to stay away from each other. If he threaten her she should have called the cops. Something smells with this whole thing. Felton needs to get a good lawyer and expose her. They waren't married a year before problems started. This is why Felton is having a bad year. There is nothing worse than a woman's scorn.
Felton and his red bone.

Who saw him ?/ did she call the police ?
Y'all are aharing interesting insider info with no citations. Can you guys provide links to these facts? Even though the early reporting — like it always is — full of errors and hearsay.
Scenarios like she drove it from NC or wherever aren't realistic. Do we even know how many apartments they had in NYC? Maybe it was just the most extreme version of putting someone's shit on the curb... Or if she is naive enough to ignore signs of cheating, she didn't even know where it was until she... Err... someone vacuumed under the bed (ha) ... And who is this girlfriend in some of these reports? Hell, maybe homegirl is suicidal and got rid of the gun so she wouldn't off herself. But regardless if her motivations, it's either registered to him in another state or not registered at all... could even not have a serial number... There is so many possible scenarios and all the DA has to prove is that a black baller owned an unregistered weapon in his possession in Manhattan. He better call Saul coz this ain't a TV show.

Police reports that Felton left the gun at his ex wife apartment. Now that's hard to believe. She had the gun at her apartment. Why would he do that? Maybe she creeped into his house and stole the gun. It doesn't make since for him to leave the gun in her apartment.
But that is not even his ex yet. You ever
break up with get dumped by someone and try to get your stuff later. He travels for work and she just filed this month. Think a college student pays for an UWS apartment on her own? While others see conspiracy, I see stupidity.
Divorcing people often act irrationally... Not saying she couldn't have schemed of course but we don't know basic facts yet.

They have to prove it's his gun and #2 anybody could have put the bullets in the gun if they knew how.
This is all "pure speculation".
Somebody needs to get a background check on Sweet Polly Pure Bread.

people are talking playa! Pure speculation... spoken like a true sheep!
Felton is phucked. It wasnt just a gun, it was fully loaded cop killer with a magazine count over the legal limit. He's looking at felony weapons charges.
That gun only takes bullet proof piercing bullets

No proof it's his gun, no proof he threatened his wife, the only thing is her testimony tsaying it's his gun and his testimony we haven't even heard yet.
If this dude was guilty of a serious crime, IMHO he wouldn't be playing on Thursday.

Exactly fish, how do we know a bitter woman isn't straight lying, suppose she put the bullets in..suppose her girl friend did it...
Even if she testifies she has zero proof of anything, and she knows that, which is why she did it..
The decision of her lawyer to take the gun to the police was ridiculous- talk about wrecking your own case- you'd think a high priced lawyer would know better. I don't see him getting any serious conviction. If they'd simply called the police it might be a different matter.
