Doesn't Rose also represent Hamilton? Was checking to see if he possibly represents any of the guys playing in China, but I can't find anything.
oh wait...CAA reps Woodson. Do they have to have a sit down with Rose and kiss his ring beffore they fire Woody?
I think H20 will coach the youngsters the rest of the year

CAA represents Bobby Brown. If you go on that eurobasket for Asia you can find guys stats and their agents. Maybe the Knicks are bringing in Bobby Brown. On a side note. Donte Green played on Brown's team and his cba numbers look good.

that's interesting....a 26 game audition for next year
http://espn.go.com/nba/player/gamelog/_/...Though it was a LOSING SEASON, he scored multiple games with 40+ points, often with a loss and/or blown out by the other team, even with the 81pt game vs Toronto
POST SHAQ LAKER's, It was AFTER this year, Kobe realized, he needed talent around him and he had to make the players around him better in order to win to EVER COMPETE again
Kobe Bryant's arguably best career year BEFORE the Laker's were able to trade for Pau Gasol, in addition to the core of
Fisher (still young and highly productive)
Kobe
Ariza
Odom
Gasol
in addition to the development of Bynum (who started but did NOT finish games and was a TOP 3-5 Center for a couple of years)
Solid role players in
=========================
Shannon Brown (very good scorer/rebounder/decent defender)
Luke Walton *was very good for a couple years till injuries kicked in, like Father like Son*
Ronny Turiaf *very under rated hustle player in his prime with rebounding, shot blocking, and ENERGY*
Jordan Farmer *was very streaky*
Vladimir Radmanovic *stretch 4*
Sasha Vujacic (was still a very streaky shooter with decent athleticism)
Chris Mihm
Kwame Brown
Of course Phil Jackson, his Triangle, along with Kobe's greatness, however, the team had talent and DEPTH that FIT
NOT VET MIN PLAYERS and 1 or 2 big names
They utilized their bench, combination of length/versatility, and changed philosophies of style of play with the lineups they had, FINDING THE MISMATCH ADVANTAGE
which was often created by Pau, Odom, Ariza, in addition to Kobe and Bynum
Playing off each other abilities/skills sets, very effectively.....
The Knicks might have confidence about Carmelo resigning the way Clev had the same confidence with Lebron. He might say some things that Dolan wants to hear but he is audi 5000.

Or he puts on his cape and plays the hero (of NY) for the money, realizing it will be hard for him to change his game on another star studded team and actually fit in with them.

There's only two teams Melo can get a ring with.
1. USA Olympic Team
2. Miami Heat
Anybody else, he will be a cancer on offense. I don't know any Championship caliber team thats willing to allow Melo to come in with his sticky fingers and hold onto the ball, just to pass it with 4 seconds on the shot clock.

Why haven't people seen this after watching him up close and personal for a few yrs now ?

They have.
Who is "People" anyway? Media: They have seen it. UK thread people: Seen it. TKF: Lives to see it. Bonn: metrics see it. Jrod:He'll tell you relax, but he has seen it.
Maybe tix buying fans are under some Manchurian mind phuch thing and see it, but they really don't at the same time. Some David Stern Black Flag thing.
Question asked to Metta World Peace on Melo : Can the Knicks win with Melo?
"I believe Carmelo has it in him. Certain things need to be brought out of him . I don't want to say exactly. There's a couple things that I think could be brought out of him that I think could make him a complete player. He has the potential to be a champion, absolutely."

He also said Melo was the second most unselfish player he had played with after Yao.

Well that just voids the entire convo.

Depends on what Qtr it is
He meant Melo is a good guy. Unlike Kobe he goes out of his way to be liked by his teammates but still has Kobe's killer instinct.

everyone sees it, but what is NOT agreed on is the cause. I dont think thats how Melo wants to play. Do you? Do you think thats his preference? To have him hold the ball like that? He passes early in the shot clock all the time. How many times do we see the PG-less Knicks *try* to run a play, and end up with doodoo? Then with 8 seconds left they dump it to MElo to jack the best shot he can get. Its almost like "we got nothing.. so you take this one."
We have been through this but the stats show good offensive players play better with Melo, and MElo plays better with good offensive players.
We have one scorer on this team. Last year with JR we had two, plus shooters in Novak, Copeland, Kidd (early)...
