Knicks · Start jr at pg (page 1)

Just sayin I think he's our best court vision player. Also I think he would flourish in this role. Also gives us a player that can hit the open shot on pick and rolls... Woody would be wise to try this out but then again he's not very smart.

I think PG I think floor general. While our current PGs have been terrible is that JR? I remember the very few times Houston or Sprewell played PG in 'the big backcourt' and how bad they were.

JR just isnt a PG

Amare has the best handle. He should start at PG

Lol we want herb! I miss those days! We should turn that into we want Tyler! I think we should give jr a shot at pg what do we got to loose we are 15 under 500! lol it can't get worse! What if he plays 30 min at point guard and finished with 12 assist and 20 points? I think more then half this board would be screaming to keep jr at pg.

He's probably referring to all the assist JR had in the previous game, making him look quite competent, but while the passes were pretty nifty they usually came during a fast break, or a broken play.

Jr thinks his handle is better than it really is, you see him with the behind the back dribbling into traffic, he's into flash than substance.

Yea I feel the same way I have a love hate for jr. I just can't stand gunman fattie Felton starting at pg his court vision is awful, 28 % shooter, and his defense is even worse. Also jr and stat have really nice chemistry in there pick and roll. Fattie doesn't have chemistry with anyone on the team. And like I said we are 15 under 500 so why not give it a try it can't get any worse.

Prigs is probably our least bad option at PG but he's really just a backup.

JR was at times last season the deFacto PG on this team, he did a good job of running the offense, playing in control. But then the playoffs came around....

My concern before the season started was giving him that outsized role again, relying on JR again, provided we make the playoffs. This season is in the crapper so I don't have a problem with him running the point at times, maybe it will boost his trade value back up, if that's even possible now.

Give JR the job. He brings a stronger defensive presence against these demon PGs that regularly trash our back court. He also brings an offensive threat from that position, something we truly need. Pablo can be his back court mate, and Felon can come off the bench.
