Actually, the question is when? Maybe 5 more by the end of the year.
thank god we have our draft pick.....
sixers stink worse than ny and that game is coming up soon.
Knicks need to be mathematically eliminated from the playoffs so the Knicks can start playing the young guys more. Maybe waive a vet and bring up a d league guy. Also, bobby brown should be almost done with the playoffs on china. Giving him a chance to see what he can do would be nice.

You seriously want to cut into Feltons minutes?

Yep. Having faith in great management gives me faith as a Knicks fan.
Can't wait, and with the 1st pick in the 2014 NBA Draft...
We'll win another game, but I don't see us winning more than 5.

I wonder if management is even thinking about the face that Denver is going to most likely get a lottery pick - and possibly the #1 pick or if they think we are still making the playoffs.

Depends on how many of our players will be back next year with guaranteed contracts whom really care this season.
Not sure how you came to the conclusion thar Melo doesn't care. I mean at this point the writing is on the wall that the season is over but to say he doesn't care/didn't give enough effort this year is pretty out there.

He doesn't know how to care for the betterment of the team, he has no leadership this year to show him the way.

If you swapped out Melo with LeBron and they officiated the games the exact same way, the Knicks would be lucky to be 500. The roster is poorly constructed and coached. There's something to be said for making your teammates better and putting them in position to win. There is another thing when your team is inferior. They don't have a guard who can start on another team in the league and they get beat every time down the floor. LeBron can't fix that and he is the best player in the league by far.
I don't see them winning another game because most of the roster has tuned out Woodson, but even worse, they have given up on each other and play with no pride or heart.

I disagree with that, Lebron is just that talented
We loss many close games this year and Lebron's ability to penetrate/facilitate alone will make us 500
add in his leadership/lock down defense/rebounding ability/ and ability to push the tempo
It just is not fair to compare Melo to Lebron, that is no knock on Melo either, they are just different players
Lebron's combination of strength, athleticism, size, speed, handle, and skills allows him to be a huge mismatch 90% in the games he plays
Most importantly he has the ability to initiate the OFFENSE and provide better spacing than Melo
And that is why Donnie Walsh made the trade to clear room for 2 STAR's
As good as David Lee is now, he wasn't attracting Lebron over, he was hoping STAT would allow us to get either Lebron or at least Wade
Let's admit it, Lebron mislead us with all those NY Yankee caps/appearances
None of us would be complaining about his flopping had he signed with NYK's, we probably would have kept our amnesty, and have gotten 2 more all stars along the way

I agree. It is unfair to compare anybody to LeBron. However, this roster is very poor. Especially in the backcourt. Hard to get assist when you're kicking out to guys who brick wide open shots. Let's face it that this Knicks team is really poorly constructed. My point was that no one player could fix it. While LeBron is a lock down defender, how can he account for players like Felton allowing his man to take him off the dribble every time down the floor or Shump gambling frequently allow players wide open shots or layups?
I hope Woodson is coach next year so we can secure a lottery pick
this thread should be stickied!
We might go 0 for April!
Rest of March - there are some winnable games, even for our putrid squad:
Home vs. Philly on the 10th
Home vs. Bucks on the 15th
Away vs. Philly on the 21st
You've got to think Philly will win one of those against us, if not both.
So, its almost not crazy to ask if we will win again this year! And that is just crazy!
Take Melo off the court and the KNICKS will play better.
