Great point. Knicks need to give someone not on the roster now a chance. I don't think Murry has the upside of some of the guys out there. Maybe cut Shannon and bring in a young point.

thats why you don't sign/judge a guy off .5 of a season.

Agree on both points -- I too don't see incredible upside with Murry, though he does deserve a shot now--let's see what he can do...Also agree about Shannon Brown. Just the wrong signing -- he makes no sense for us. Not trying to knock him--he has value for the right club, I just don't think we're it...He's an undersized 2G and he's got some miles on him now. Instead of going young & trying to uncover a future jewel potentially, we went incredibly safe with a player we don't even need. We already have THJ..
