I don't think anyone is against it. It's just that for many people, it doesn't transform their deep pessimism into something much nicer.

I wonder if Big Chief Triangle will force/use his system or would he do what Riley did and adjusted his system to the personnel that he has.

It's a little different the triangle is very specific to Phil Jackson and having the great players to win with it. Riley had Magic and the other alltimers. He knew once he took over the Knicks he would have to build around Ewing with less talent but more of a bruising gang mentality. Will Phil go away from the triangle? Guess we will find out

Depends on who the coach is. Someone else posted that there really isn't anyone out there currently implementing it so I think it would be a tough sell.

Yea does Brian Shaw even run the triangle in Denver? I think you need great players to run it successfully. Unless Phil is coaching I'm not sure he will use it as a criteria for picking a coach. Just hire a high IQ coach who gets the most out of his players on both ends and isn't stuck in 1978 philosophies
