Melo is having a more efficient year this year but thats not because he changed his style, he is just hitting more shots, especially from 3. I hope that Pjax will make him more of a team player.

To be fair I think people should be more neutral in regards to melo. Yes there are some who hate on melo BUT there are some who also are never critical of him.

Wanting what's best for the organization is not being critical of Melo

It's a fact that he is older and it would be wise not to max him out

Yeah, there aren't even some (plural) who hate him. I'm not sure about TKF but I know everyone else here wants him back at the right price.
