Knicks · Maybe it's time to move on. Seems like every thread is a Hate Melo thread. What do you think? (page 13)

Your just guessing Melo isnt max player. Your just guessing about everything it seems, because in the end you know your wrong and your little game is running out of gas.
Personally I dont care if we keep Melo or if Phil sends him to another team in a S&T. We have a new GM and like Walsh I am 100% prepared to sit back and look at every move as part of a bigger plan and lets see where we go. That being said I know Melo will certainly be offered the max. Why? (brace yourself for logic). Because he's a max player.
I see after 1000s of posts on your personal anti-Melo crusade lacks a spine.
Ill give you 2-1. My $200 to your $100.
Im open.
you are on tilt. let me know when you are no longer on tilt.
He's been that way for a couple months now. It's a whole new level of "snitty robot" behavior!
You said that was your *guess* in your actual statement for crying out loudPapabear Says
Bonn a couple of weeks ago I made a promise after an apology to back off what he said. I thought that he would be more committed to an honest debate but his hate seem to have gotten worse. This seem to make me think that the apology was a fake. His hate for Melo goes far beyond sports. And sooner or later this must be addressed.
Well Papa, it seems that you've succumbed to the very things that you were bemoaning at the beginning of this post.
As long as the SomberHaterz don't drive him out, Sangfroid, it's a moral victory. Posting the right way.
You will notice the hate will increase in direct relation to the length of this winning streak.
God help us all if we actually make the playoffs, and then get out of the second round.
Indy, beware; we have scary, rejuvenated old guys and freaks wearing masks!Somewhere, you can hear the sound of Kmart sharpening his elbows...
I smell 1999.
god is not helping us here.
He is making atlanta play really well because he despises our evildoin ways.
Atlanta is playing well for no reason. We have reasons. We have pressure. We now have the Zeus of Zen Rings looking down from on high. The Hawks??? WGAF, really? One of the worst draws in the league, hands down.
God is helping already. Dolan signing a mega-egomaniac like PJax?!? For 60 million (yeah, I know, chump change)?!?! All but admitting to the world that he don't know what he's doing, again?!?! Without even commissioner interference?!??!
We are possibly watching a slow miracle unfold.
Wednesday night! Indy in the house. Trot out Willis and Bradley and Clyde and Pearl and BK! Find John Gianelli!
Someone called in to WFAN this morning and said if this team wins it all (just dreaming take it easy, easy fellas) they would negate the Pjax signing! It's an omen! Or a sign from God! Or really really really good stuff in the coffee!

Hey, watch this: He should pass more! He should get more assists! He should come up with something other than that effing H2O endless jab step!
He's still the best player we've had since Ewing. And no one but idiots can maintain otherwise.

But you recognize why Melo finished 3rd in MVP voting last year. You recognize why he won player of the week. You recognize the very good things he brings to the table, so I for one enjoy hearing your thoughts on what you think is the best way to build this thing.
As opposed to loser/cancer, everyone from the GMs, sportswriters, fans and other NBA players are wrong and Melo is really a terrible person bla bla bla you have heard it. DK actually got pissy because someone posted how generous Melo is and how is charity is one of the best run.

He donates 1% of his income to charity. That's probably more than most Americans and most NBA players and is a good deed. I don't really care though. I'd rather have a championship team where none of the players donated any money.

I believe that people find him irrational/illogical and just filled with hate.
As opposed the DK who is less emotional/less hate and has far more substance to his arguments.
You are pretty consistent in your belief that too many inefficient players get overvalued. Do you really need to come the defense of others so often? Its like treating them like little kids who can't battle alone.
Melo is having a more efficient year this year but thats not because he changed his style, he is just hitting more shots, especially from 3. I hope that Pjax will make him more of a team player.
