Have you actually seen Mayo play. I've never heard of a scouting report that described him as having low IQ. Funky attitude? Sure. Tweener? Absolutely. Poor explosion? Unfortunately. But poor IQ? Never. Dude is a fundamentally sound and bright player, which has been his M.O. since coming out of college.
