I wonder if Portland just needed to get used to playing against real defense. I didn't watch the last game or much of this but I would imagine going from Houston to the Spurs would be a major jump.

Miami vs SA may be epic
mreinman @ 5/8/2014 10:36 PM
after such a great first round what an awful second round
mreinman @ 5/8/2014 10:43 PM
love splitter.

Who was a better pick? would he have been a better pick for us (over chandler). He seems like he was worth the wait and probably why he was picked so low.

Don't think SA has the guns to win. I feel a 3peat coming on

I think this may be the most evenly matched year. SA is very deep.

Lebron may have to really earn this one.

meloshouldgo @ 5/9/2014 6:35 AM
SA looks dominant. Miami looks old and listless except in spurts. Portland is a good team and got blown out twice
Not sure Leonard can keep up this type of shooting though.
RonRon @ 5/9/2014 5:14 PM
the importance of DEVELOPING talent, having an eye for talent, a GM/COACHING STAFF/DEVELOPMENT/SCOUTING STAFF working together and continued development
Having a Coach, system, sacrifices for the team both on and off the court, and STRUCTURE

With a 2nd round pick, George Hill was turned to Kawhi Leonard

Tony Parker, Ginobili, were picked with what selection?

Buying talent versus be able to develop our own, is just something we are hoping Phil will try to to change the business motto of the past decade +

Vmart @ 5/9/2014 5:16 PM
I think the Nets are getting screwed by the refs. No free throws in the first half?
CrushAlot @ 5/9/2014 9:42 PM
Beal really struggling tonight.
alwaysaknick @ 5/9/2014 11:39 PM
Wizards is not as strong as expected.
holfresh @ 5/10/2014 1:02 AM
Great end to end action..OKC/Clippers..
holfresh @ 5/10/2014 1:08 AM
Ibaka doesn't do enough of that..Great offensive rebound and put back..A lost art in this three point age...
meloshouldgo @ 5/10/2014 11:36 AM
Thunder completely outplayed the Clips in their own building today. And the Clippers played well. Ibaka looked good. Westbrook almost had another triple double. They just executed well down the stretch when it really mattered. This team can hurt Miami if they can hold this together. You need a high degree of trust between players along with great individual prowess to even challenge Miami. SA and now Thunder are showing it.

So much for Washington beating Indy. Looks like Miami-Indy dog fight again. Should be fun!

That was an ugly game but I don't think anyone was really expecting Washington to beat Indiana. Was that being said...who knows how GM 2 made have ended if Washington didn't decide to hoist up 3pt shots in the final 2 min.

I think a little line up adjustment in Washington end will make this a little more competitive.

huge game for brooklyn against the world champs. sounds like the barclay crowd showed up.
dk7th @ 5/10/2014 9:51 PM

dk7th @ 5/10/2014 9:54 PM

mreinman @ 5/10/2014 11:48 PM
Tony Parker is playing like a top 3 player in the league
mreinman @ 5/11/2014 12:23 AM
