It was a dick move by him at the time- he must have gotten terrible advice by his agent (right down to that terrible pink checked shirt he was wearing!). It was a tough day- Knick fans had been hoping for years for him to sign here, there were hints, people thought the location of the filming was a clue, and then... crushing disappointment, signing with our enemy and all done on national tv in a f*** you style!

Still, I think Lebron has matured these past few years, and hasn't really done anything annoying in a while, so I'm over the whole decision thing.

That's why I would definitely take Westbrook. I'd take the bad that comes with all that good.

Paul choked late.

How does the refs give the ball to OKC when it was obviously off Jackson with 11 sec left..WOW..

Because he was fouled. It was a make up call and right now Doc is going bunkers. lol.

holfresh @ 5/14/2014 12:53 AM
Brooks has to play Westbrook off the ball at times..Work in Jackson at the PG..Kenny is right, Westbrook isn't a PG..

Overrated?
His max contract is about 15-17m, Melo's max is 5-8m more and can go up to about 30m within the extension, with that money you can spend talents elsewhere, so I don't think he is over rated

RonRon,

I did not get your response.

I find Aldridge's shot selection very poor. Don't like his game and supposedly he is an upcoming max.

After a good first round, ref's are back to their BS- robbed the Clips of a win, and possibly the series. I want the Clips to lose because the further they get, the more money they make Stirling, but the definitely got cheated.

Money-wise Sterling won a long time ago. I think it better that they win and succeed. Personally I'd rather see the team succeed than succumb to Sterlings hate. I'd rather see them win as a unit then let Sterling mess with their head. Rising above the hate to accomplish is better.

As they advance he can't be there to take credit or participate in any festivities.

Agreed

Superstar Paul George? 15pts, 2 and 1 in a potential close out game and his team loses by 20+? Superstar? I don't think so....
Nalod @ 5/14/2014 10:42 AM
I won't watch the pacers. It just feels so bad when they lose. As a knick fan we know that feeling.

Only thing worse is for them to go down in 7 games. They advance can they really keep up with the Heat?

Imagine a scenario the Pacers make the finals? I don't like watching them. While Im no Heat fan I can at least be in awe of the wonder that is Lebron. Its how I got thru the Jorden Era! Take it in and watch history.

I was hoping for a Nyet-Spurs final.

Spurs looking good again and should advance but its all about the matchup now.

Very bad game but I have been impressed with his rebounding and all around game. He has a ways to go but it has been a pretty good playoffs up to the Washington series but he did have two good games in that series.

You just can't let the ABA die, can you?

Where was this when he put up a superstar performance in game 5 of the first round? If he does it again in the 2nd round will you tip your hat to him?

a superstar performance does not a superstar make....George is good, but way too inconsistant to be certified superstar....IMO

There was no way the narrative was going to play out any other way. It was so perfectly written for him to be hated and it was uncharted territory. He was from Cleveland, they were terribly mismanaged his entire tenure, and he decided winning was more important to him than anything when he signed with Miami.

That true.

When I think superstar I think of Lebron and maybe Durant.

Kobe
Jordan
Duncan
Shaq

Were some other superstars if recent years

+1
Gotta agree though, his overall numbers are impressive. He's just all over the scale, though. He'll get 6 dimes and then 0. He'll shoot 65% and then 23%.

Kobe had many awful games and hold almost all playoff dubious records
