I was thinking about that last night (that he has never made a conference final) however, a player should not be judged on what his team did if he played well and Paul has had some absolutely brilliant playoff years.

Melo has not played well in the playoffs for the most part.

I agree you can't just look at playoff wins- I genuinely don't understand though why CP3 doesn't seem to get further in the playoffs- his stats always look good, he plays great, he's had some good teams- not sure what else he can do.

It just may be that the other teams were just better. CP3 has done pretty much all 1 player can do (on both ends).

CP3 mostly been out west. Some tough hombres out there!

Does everyone talk about Melo or just us?

His only blemish this year is him having an Isaiah moment over, over, and over to close game 6.

If I am the Clippers I would try to go get Ariza. They maybe to far over the cap and would need to dump some salary to free up space for a S&T. He would be a good fit I think. OKC might want to look at him too.

May as well go for Pierce. However, good luck signing FA's while the Sterling thing is hovering over that franchise.

Pierce is a given at the MLE but I would not want to start him. Ariza is still under 29 years old and would give them more than a one year fix. They should try for both and let Pierce and Crawford carry the second unit.

How is Ariza still under 29 years old- feels like we drafted him decades ago!

All of Miami's players D is looking suspect- sometimes they play like crap but somehow win in the 4th. Don't think this is going to be one of those times...

Very true.

mreinman @ 5/18/2014 5:21 PM
Lebron seems like he is taking this one off. Just not attacking and standing around.
holfresh @ 5/18/2014 5:26 PM
Whose game plan is it to play Bron off the ball..Insane...
mreinman @ 5/18/2014 5:39 PM
JVG is so much more on the ball than MJax.

Dying to know why Watson got three free throws

Yeah ... he must have gotten a tech.

Funny how JVG was the only one of the announcers perplexed.

mreinman @ 5/18/2014 5:44 PM
Wow ... I have never seen that before ...

You have 4 attempts to make 3 FT's so if you miss one you get another attempt.

mreinman @ 5/18/2014 5:44 PM
Birdman is everywhere!
CrushAlot @ 5/18/2014 5:45 PM
Pacers need to bring Stephenson back
mreinman @ 5/18/2014 5:48 PM
Lebron is playing as if he is scared to drive and get hit - WTF??

1 FREE THROW??? Didn't he have like 19 the other night?? I don't get it.
