Seems like other NBA teams always want to "SOCK IT" to Knickerbockers. WE never ever seem to get what we want.

However this may be better ! Kerr whom I thought wanted opportunity also to have a chance under Phil J, to have a chance at star Melo Anthony staying 1 more yr.
I like Kerr but we just got took!

This is more fault of them NBA Teams such as Warriors Ownership (now in present on Kerr coaching) and then Houston Rockets (Linsanity) going on the ride that hot as_sets became 'hot commodities' and It was as much Warriors giving rookie coach KERR $$ /terms which Knicks drew a line in sand. Why does Knicks needs bring attention to other
teams, You believe for 1sec if Phil J. didn't annoit his choice of KERR that the lame Warriors would be breaking their as_s ? to get Steve Kerr

That is where Dolan comes in perhaps, Until we hear from Phil J. I bet Jackson was fine with 4yrs offer to Mr Kerr, & We dont even like J.Dolan!
Especially since Phil Jackson made public $comments to remind Carmelo Anthony of hometown discount considerations.

NO ONE KNEW Kerr wanted to coach? ? correct. Few years back NO ONE believed Jeremy Lin was next rising superstar in NBA.

Note to Mr Kerr Giving the big $$ contracts brings expectations.

In aftermath Knicks/Dolan then was 150% correct on NOT GIVING lame Jeremy Lin all the terms/$$$ monies to ROCKETs set when they suckered-punched Knicks.
Blessings the Portland Trailblazers wiped out a team of studs Dwight 'baby' Howard and James 'chucker' Harden, without a true make a play PG without true
presence vs. tough NBA defense in playoffs setting. Rockets bounced was FUN! $Money cant buy you love.

Now I believe same for the talented Warriors whom could not wait to make up subtle stupid excuses about Mark Jackson, his character and all for Firing Jackson
before the guy even finished his NBA 1st round playoffs, an inevitable firing & in-excusable by GS Warriors owners/staff. Mark Jackson deserved more respect
from Warriors Organization.

Keep in mind please same GS Warriors hiearchy (Lacob)? that Ousted Don Nelson few yrs after Nelson warriors eliminated the high seeded Mavericks 6 Or so years back.

And This GS Warriors organization is a stable francise ? being run. Knicks has lots of issues but Warriors can HAVE Steve Kerr with my blessings!

Lots of good teams The Rockets and Warriors more skilled talent is chasing the trophy just as case for Our Knickerbockers.
Teams want to keep knicks out of picture (improvements) which NY Franchises does all by themselves cause of Dolan.
However I am going to give Dolan a pass.

Things happen to us (NYK) for a reason and Knicks will use the KERR negative & spin into a positive.
Give the ballclub some time.

Sorry buddy, but it is still Jimmy Dol's fault. He didn't want to sign Kerr more than 3 years, and so Kerr said fuck it, not worthy my risk and let the 'family' thing be an excuse..

Jeremy Lin's not the next rising superstar in the NBA????? How could this be????

...those magical two weeks...

Steve Kerr, April 2030, starts his 15th season as the winningest coach in the history of the NBA! You read it here first!

Jeremy Lin blew up in the Rockets face, Landry Fields blew up in the Raptors face, Steve Nash blew up in the Lakers face, hopefully Kerr will blow up in the Warriors face- eventually teams will start to learn. Sometimes we get saved from ourselves.

lin blew up in the rockets face? yet they were a playoff team, so were fields and the raptors..

everything blew up in the knicks face and we are lottery trash..

how can knick fans form their mouth, or fingers to even talk bad about another team.. I just don't get it...

Jeremy Lin is a bench player hogging up a big chunk of salary cap, Landry fields doesn't even play and is hogging up a huge chunk of salary cap.

So you think because the Knicks have blundered in the past, everything every other team does is great? I don't understand your point.

Kerr being golf buddies with the owner seemed to be a big factor in his hiring. Five years for a guy that has never coached is bad business.

I wanted Kerr for the sole fact that Phil thought he'd make a good coach. Let's be real though - Kerr could be just as good of a coach as he was a GM . This is a guy that got handed the keys to the SSOL Suns and then decides to trade for Shaq and force his idea of what a team should be on the a proven commodity in the Suns. Again I wanted Kerr but this could be a blessing in disguise, especially if we get MJax and he gets told he has to hire so-and-so (read: Cleamons) to implement the triangle

Because those two contracts are horrible. The rockets would love to move Lin. Fields may nnt get anther nba deal. He is a league mini talent getting paid a ton of money. Kerr getting 5 years and 25 mil having never coached is crazy. The fact that Kerr maybe the 'best' candidate to fill a job whee the guy that was fired won more tha anyone there in 20+ years because he and the owner bonded playing golf is concerning.

That makes no sense. Because we're Knick fans we can't acknowledge something bad about another team?
