I have a feeling Phil Jackson has a better handle on what fits the triangle than we do.
There are a lot of red flags that come up with Hairston. He has character issues and there are questions about his motivation/motor. I think Phil might be hoping that his issues cause him to drop to the second round like a Van Exel or Stephenson. He is a great second round pick but I am not sure that he is a guy you target in the first round. I am hoping that the Knicks can somehow get Ennis.

Ennis is another guy who they are serious about and i think they would pick him over hairston if he is available

Agreed, especially considering NY's PG rotation and the fact that Shump, JR, and Hardaway are on roster

Good Point martin. Our pg situation needs to be resolved either this summer or next summer if we are gonna compete faster
