fixed! You get him to add some nice scoring up front which he certainly still brings. He will rebound really well and block some shots but your right Bonn... I really dont want any old guys here. I want guys who are part of the future. Lets get building blocks. Hill isnt a star but you need these guys. I didnt watch any of the Lakers misery so I didnt get a feel for how his impressive stats were coming. Got anything on Hill's defense?

"Hello, Jordan? Now that you're not a rookie, we're able to offer you some minutes."

With Melo, I'll take Gasol. Push for the here and now, and make the power play on Marc next year.
Without Melo, I'll take Hill. He's been solid in LA, good motor.

Hmmmm. They both look about the same and not great defensively. Their per 100 defensive ratings were OK but opponent PERs pretty bad: Gasol's was a disastrous 20.3, and Hill's was a below average 18.3. (15.0 is average, and you want your opponent producing as little as possible obviously. So the lower the # the better.) They both have pretty bad on/off +/- #s. I haven't looked at the tracking #s on nba.com yet.

Out of those options i think Pau is a easy pick.
