Knicks · SI: LeBron to Cleveland (page 2)

My guess is Wade goes as well. Just a guess though.
jrodmc @ 7/11/2014 12:34 PM
Holy crap! SI doesn't have a history of deleting essays, do they?
sidsanders @ 7/11/2014 12:34 PM
does gilbert apologize in public to lbj for the letter at the press conference if this is legit?

Nah, Bosh goes to Houston and gets paid, Wade will stay in Miami and get paid. They probably still make the playoffs with McRoberts and Granger.

WaltLongmire wrote:Would Miami even think of offering Bosh a Max... or is it just time for them to rebuild.

If not, this puts Houston in nice position, especially if they can keep Parsons.

Would mean that Lin is gone, I assume.

With miami's luck napier will probably end up being a star and they will be contenders with the next couple years. As much as i hate miami and riley winning 3 titles withing 8 years is pretty good

I guess notorious groupie Brian Whinhorst is moving back to Cleveland. I'm coming home in a sense

Many people predicted this for the past 4 years. lebron wnated to win right away and once he did Clevaland would have done a rebuild getting top young talent like irving/wiggis. Cleveland is gonna be dangerous

Windhorst didn't get the scoop, can't be happy about that.

Really respect him after reading that article. Props to Sheridan for staying with his story too. How about Bosh to Houston, Melo to NY, and Wade to Chi? Everyone goes homes, Miami gets screwed and Pat retires!

Wade to CHI, didn't think of that and it fits.

jrodmc @ 7/11/2014 12:45 PM
Kyrie is maxed. Lebron is going to get paid. They'll have to pay Wiggins soon. I don't see Melo going to CLE for 14 mil or less a year.

And does this make Chicago and lighting candles for Rose's knees any more attractive?

Still a chance Chicago can get melo. Hell if we can get McDermott and a few first rounders i would be happpy and then next year have a ton of cap space for FA

I think so. Great fit for love. Wiggins would be a bit redundant

Not sure I would necessarily read anything into the Wiggins omission, even though Lupica just said the same thing on the radio. The guys he mentioned are players with an NBA track record.

I see Wiggins as a potential Pippin type player. With James on the team does Irving become more of a Bulls/Jordan era "PG?"

It would seem that Thompson would be affected if they were to target Love, no?

Defensively, they have a pretty good team, and James should be able to get some of the younger guys in line and playing on the same page.

Anybody interested in working out a deal to send Anthony to the Cavs in a S&T?

Wade to CHI, didn't think of that and it fits.

then they can have a backcourt that never plays
