He hasn't shown he can get the rebounds and assists yet. Besides if you think he can do that than we need to get rid of Stump or JR...shump has value. This is a never ending argument for me.
Big fan of Hardaway. I think his whole game is improving from what i have seen. Him and early have become my favorites

I'd like to see Early use his athleticism to slash and attack the hoop more, but he's been impressive.
Exum's first step is All Star level already.
Ot: is philly's Noel the black Bart Simpson lol
The guy I thought was really good--a 25 pt nba scorer-- T J Warren--hes going to be that.

Sorry but I don't see it with this guy at all. Not overly impressed with THJ either to be honest. Dude's a gunner and a good transition player but what else? Absolutely no game off the dribble at all. Can't create his own shot for shit. You get up into this dude and it's over.
THJR gets a whole lot of "and 1's" for someone that you just need to "get up into"...
He can also create his own shot fairly well with the mediocre handle he has. Really once he develops a game off the dribble he will be a very good scoring SG. The other parts of his game are question marks, I'd like to see 2apg and 2rpg this year minimum. But there's no doubt in mind scoring is not his problem, he will easily be a 15 ppg for his career.
This is summer league and THJ has to bring more that what he is bringing to the table. He can't just be a scorer he has to learn to be a facilitator also. The stat that disturbs me is 0 rebounds and 0 assists.
has early shown any aptitude to slash to the rim?
i only caught 2 min of yesterdays game. he seemed reluctant to drive.

In the first game he did a lot of driving. He was drawing fouls at will.
The one thing I look back at this draft and see where we maybe couldve done a better job is knowing we had a real hole at PF and bypassing both Stokes and Jefferson. It was a hard draft to quantify as it was a blind mans journey on draft night--nothing was unexpected but we did not need 2 SF's with what we already have. Both Jefferson and Stokes have shown to be serious prospects already--having been consistent and very good. We couldve had a PG for cheap 3 years who likely wouldve correlated to first round talent.

Yup...
Thing is... he seems like an intelligent kid and has the pedigree. Everyone knows he can shoot. The things you mention and an improved defensive presence are what I want to see from him.

I think we needed someone who could come and spell Melo for a few minutes. We ran him into the ground last season. Stokes is playing good, but I think we needed to shore up our D on the perimeter. Thanks can become a stopper in time. With Melo, bargs, stat, Tyler and possibly k-mart, we have enough bodies to throw at the four spot. I wish we could've drafted Nick Johnson. That dude has been a beast on defense and offense.
Kyle Anderson is having a tough time dealing with the athleticism of Wiggins. Wiggins is going to be a two-way demon at the next level. Anderson is finding other ways to contribute, but he's going to have trouble scoring consistently in the league.
The Kidd Green looks really good for San An. Not sure if he makes the roster, but he's someone the Knicks need to keep an eye on. Very athletic/active, PF with tons of bounce in his step. He's everything we hoped Tyler would be...

I'm more impressed by this Will Cherry kid. Built like a tank, can shoot and can hound on D.
