Galloway looks awful in this game
VDesai @ 7/17/2014 11:55 PM
Travis coming out of noWear (get it) to get a couple of buckets here.
F500ONE @ 7/17/2014 11:57 PM
THJ looks like he's in regular season form.

This Wear kid can move

Finests guy ebanks looks good. He should be in the league.
mreinman @ 7/18/2014 12:15 AM
Larkin is a real ball hawk
knicks1248 @ 7/18/2014 12:16 AM

Not for nothing but I LOVED ebanks coming out of wvu, I even compared him to chris bosh because of his ball handling and ability to pass for a forward (we'll pretend I didn't say those things now). He has a great skillset, he just never ended up doing anything well. I think he belongs in the league but probably as a rotation/glue guy

Larkin 5 steals today. game changer
mreinman @ 7/18/2014 12:21 AM
Early just lets the game come to him. Really excited about him.
yellowboy90 @ 7/18/2014 12:22 AM
No state farm commercials for Hardaway, he clearly has not mastered the art of the assist.
mreinman @ 7/18/2014 12:23 AM
Larkin - man if you were not so short
yellowboy90 @ 7/18/2014 12:24 AM
I want Larkin to spend everyday with Pablo. Turn Larkin into a little pest but quicker, faster, and more willing to shoot open shots.
Dagger @ 7/18/2014 12:25 AM
Wow Henriquez show yourself the door jesus
nixluva @ 7/18/2014 12:34 AM
Larkin has been getting steals like that his whole career. Even in his short time in Dallas last year he was able to get some steals like this. He's a ball Hawk out there.

Once again this team shows mental toughness and execution. They're still green but man are they taking to the Triangle and this new culture of team ball. They get after it defensively too. I see a lot of fighting over picks and anticipating the contact rather than lazy D and crashing into the pick man.

Extremely tentative most of the time. Has to be more assertive.
WaltLongmire @ 7/18/2014 12:52 AM
If you were looking at Fisher's face, you could see he was not happy with how they ran the offense, today. A little more 1/1 than the previous games, and you know that he is going to talk to them about spacing.

Their D turned it around at the end of the 2nd, and more so the 3rd period.

A lot of tentative passes.

The D-Leaguers seemed to be physically stronger, and played some decent D at times- seemed to throw our system off.

From Moke's article:
Meaingless in the grand scheme of things? Perhaps, but certainly not to Tyler, whose fight to find a permanent place in the NBA continues.

“Every game means the world to me,” Tyler said after scoffing at the notion of the summer league title being meaningless. “Satisfaction of winning is the biggest goal in my life,” he said.

“Individual things—those things will come. There’s a part that each player plays to be a successful team and as for Coach Fisher and the whole staff and all the new coaches and all the guys that’s putting in the work everyday, learning a whole new offense, we’re not just out here,” he said.

“Winning this whole thing would mean so much.”
