OK you dumb red dog....

This trade can be tweaked. Instead if Wallace we could take Marcus Thornton who's contact is expiring.

So it would be Thornton, Bass and Green for Amare...

How's that you piece of shoe?

You want to start name calling assSpree? What part of not taking on ANY salary for next year don't u understand dumbass??? Green is still taking on salary. Stop with the stupid trades.

Marc Gasol is only coming here in your dreams. Durant is coming here, not ever. We need to strengthen our team now. Not sure why you think anyone even listens to your mini rants. Some of us have a differing opinion about waiting for next year...or the year after that, just get over it and stop attacking everyone who doesn't agree with your tunnel vision opinion. Try being a happy dog

Look Rookie, read the posts. I never attacked anyone first. I told him the trade was stupid. Which it is, as your proposed trades were too. I am sure Phil agrees with me as far as NOT taking on additional salary for next year for secondary pieces. If you propose trades that are dumb then have a thick skin when someone tells you they are ridiculous or put me on ignore.

You said my trade was stupid azz..... I'm sticking up for my characters

If we can play Amare Stuodemire with a defensive C off the bench I think his 12-5 in 22 minutes 55% will help this team. Let the team try to win as is--and if it cant by the all star break than tank and blow off any pieces we can for picks and retool with free agency trades and 2015 draft. And if were good and we can compete--than lets just go.

I think they plan on playing in for 30 min, the guy is healthy, and healthy Amare is better than majority of pf/C,even if his defense is suspect. If you replace him with a defensive minded rebound guy, it's more than likely the player will have limited on offense, then you will be like...man if this guy had a mid range jumper like KT or Amare, will be golden.

For those of you who miss summer league, Tyler had that elbow jumper open, and 12 foot base line jumper, it was open all day in the triangle, I kept saying to myself, if that was Amare, bargi or melo taking those jumepr...smh..easy work

Well nobody even mentioned anything about Boston and why they do it.... everyone is so brainwashed about call space. Phil took Calderón who's already old and has a lot of years left on his deal. I think if he could get a quality player in Green for a guy like Amare, he would do it.

Anyway, Boston does this because they have too many players under contract. They still have Rondo, so they have a chance to get something going with Amare and Rondo while the youth are developing.

That makes a lot of sense for them imho.

could it make us better? Maybe, but not better enough. I want to swing and miss on the impact guys first, then I will be willing to use cap space to add other parts. Too many mediocre guys.

My problem with the roster is that we have too many guys with question marks to have a team that can play consistently in a system and win. I mean, do we really know what we will get from Stat, Bargs, JR or Shump. These 4 guys are going to get playing time, especially if we want to build their trade value. Most of my trade ideas have been built around sending any combination of these guys to a team with cap space.

He's not a triangle player, not a team player and not a smart player. I can't see him being effective playing system basketball.

Amare to Boston for Gerald Wallace, Jeff Green and Brandon Bass....

Bass is an expiring deal, Wallace and Green have an extra year.

Bass gives us an extra big off the bench. Jeff green is a legit NBA starter, Wallace is a savvy very that can do it all but nothing extremely well.

This trade allows the knicks to dump the excess guards and stash whoever they need to stash.

2015 is an after thought... Let's focus on 2016.

Hey guys, Isaiah Thomas is back!
