Dude is dominating. Weird that he still does not have an NBA contract.
Can we sign him? He has the skillset for the triangle.

I've always been a fan. But MVP is a stretch. Their team isn't that good.
Who they play yet?
He might have the skill set but is he a bone head on the court?
Nets don't want him back. He seemed to get out of shape and faulter down the stretch.
He still gets good money for one more year from the Wiz. They amnestied him with 3 years to go!!!
Damn! They wanted him gone.
It's 2014....post stats and video
Yeah, let's sign a guy who couldn't outplay 400 year old PP for a spot on the Wiz...
Andray Blatche plays for the Philippines. Here are his numbers over 5 games against very good competition (Croatia, Greece, Argentina, Puerto Rico and Senegal)

These are important numbers for a big man.
Blatche has had character issues wherever he has gone. I give him credit for playing summerball with the Philipines team--obviously he did not have to do that, although it also couldve been a publicity stunt by his agent to form new interest.
Pretty simple Blatche is a solid 6-11 260 and if on the right team in the right position where he is counted on to play 18-21 minutes he should give you 10-5 50%. I think right now we have some of that although we dont have someone with his weight. We spent our 3mm on J smith although Smith has not been healthy. I think our roster is set.
Blatche is Philippino? News to me

Yup. $1M to play for 2+ months

Yeah this dude got paid by the Phillipines. He's basically a 1 man team and he's putting up stats. IF he wasn't putting up stats that would be more of an issue. The guy can play, there's no doubt about that. THe issue isn't his game.
Actually the Philipines played very very well. They easily couldve won 4 games. They had a nice style of play and they added the 6-11 260 pd middle guy--in CBB thats all u need 1 guy who can play in the paint 3 guys who can handle and shoot and a style of play.

Yup. Croatia, Argentina and Puerto Rico games were very close and not just because of Blatche.

It's funny how we are so quick to label players that play with passion. But without passion he would be label as a lazy player who doesn't care. His issues just like 90 % of the league is maturity. He's probably one of the most friendly guys I've met. His problem is that he thinks he's a guard trapped in a big man's body....perfect intentional player as a stretch 4.
