Me neither! Not long to go- Training camp is 30 September, preseason 8th October and then the regular season a few weeks after that!
Aside from the Knicks, I'm looking forward to seeing what the Mavs and Cavs look like and seeing more competition in the East than there was in last years snore fest!
Also excited about the dleague Knicks. Their games will be shown live on YouTube.
I don't know what is more disapointing, the fact that nba is so far way or the fact that J.R smith wasn't in that video >.<
I'm excited for the Knicks. I wanna see if Melo takes his game to another level. I can't wait to see us actually be able to run the floor with Jose and some fresh blood. I can't wait to see some real team play and smart basketball inspired by the Fish! These guys don't wanna feel the wrath of Phil!! Failing isn't an option!
Basketball really needs to be my savior because football certainly isn't and never is. Even my fantasy team looks grim. 4 points Demaryius? 4??
The rest of September is going to take forever. The Yanks can't squeak out a win on Derek Jeter day, the Giants look like world class losers again.
Can someone please make training camp start early?
I can wait.............
Just got thru the US open and it was fun. Finals were not so exciting but some good matches. Some years are better than others.
Golf? Naw...........
I don't watch baseball but enjoy the playoffs and the intensity of it. I move furhter away from it each year.
Not much into College Football but actually caught a few games over labor day family weekend at the coast. NC State finish was great!!
Things cooling off means more time in the garden. Good and bad.
I play Tennis 4x a week, about 7-8 hours. Its been hot. Be easier going forward.
I like Pumpkins.
Hate halloween.
I have some nice travel to do between now and Thanksgiving.
By December 1st I'll be settled until Ski Season.
Things to look forward to INCUDING basketball but all in due time. Lets get the NFL started a bit.
I have not decided if Im going to get League pass again. I have to admit, I did not miss it last year. If the knicks do anything they'll get more time on National broadcasts.
If not, Maybe I chill.
Looking forward to the season but not biting at the bit for it.
After last nights MNF debacle, I am already losing interest in football season, after WEEK ONE. How depressing. With the Yankees struggling to get wins, the only cure for what ails will be the start of NBA season. Can't get here soon enough.
I'm 45 and love basketball but I take each day of life seriously--I want to enjoy Sept--its a great month. We'll have basketball soon enough. Basketball is certainly an enjoyable part of life and lets hope the Knicks can provide the type of entertainment we all want out of them. I have been blessed to be a Uconn grad and a huge fan and with all of my pro sports team disappointments(Knick Rangers Mets Jets) there has been solace in basketball w Uconn. I know some Yankee fans have had similar feeling as well as some Giant fans. Hopefully the Knicks some how with this new buying power next year well have with some draft picks where there will be good big men
I have enjoyed the knicks off season with building a new coaching staff and getting our "Phil" of things........
Oct-June plus the draft and free agency makes for a very long season! Its basically 10 months now!!!
