This guy sounds nothing like a rookie coach, and he has every ones respect. He actually sounds like he knows what the hell he's doing, like he truly has a plan. There is quite a few veteran coaches out there that don't sound close to as confident as fisher has been, including Mike Woodson. When you are able to communicate your thoughts in and educated professional manner, you can easily get some ones full attention, and I think thats one reason he is going to be a great coach.
Not to mention very good role players usually turn out to be excellent coaches.
Lets label him good when he beats the street in wins.
We'll see how the x's and o's pan out, but I get pumped everytime I hear Fisher talk about the kind of team he expects and the foundation he will try to build on. The man is a motivator.
If nothing else, I expect to see energy coming out of the lockerroom after halftime. Let's do away with the flat 3rd quarters!
