Dont see much from Early yet... he is cruising way too much... is not aggressive...
Wear on the other hand plays like he has something to prove... which of course he has!
Larkin looks clueless to me on offense right now... does not take care of the ball at all!
I am watching the Comcast stream. One of the announcers said that the Knicks see Early as a Scottie Pippen type. Not sure about that.
I laugh at these announcers who do opponent broadcasts. They never really know a thing about the Knicks. Just pay attention to the crap they say. Early has barely played much less made it clear what he can do for this team. LOL

Yeah heared the same...
Well he looks like hes got all the tools... I just dont see the mentality i would like...
I look at smart and he is all energy... I look at Wear and he will bomb away whenever he is left open and will run the floor like crazy,... Early... none of that right now...
He might take some time!!!
Everyone's shocked that acy can shoot. He can do that!!
Knicks starting to flow a little. Not clean yet but they're making the right passes.
Yep, Acy showing a real stroke. Maybe he was a good pickup after all.
If scouting and under the wire pickups under Phil are commensurate with Zen's IQ, then we should expect some good surprises about players we have no particular expectations. That's the only way Phil is going to rebuild as quick as possible, so let's hope so at least.

Yeah his jumper looked good in the summer league
I'm tellin you the Knicks D has been much better C's shooting well but Knicks are keeping penetration to a minimum.
So far so good. Quite a bit of nice things seen in this half so far. Mostly noting how the guys are forcing or settling but working well within the structure.
Good play from Calderon and Melo first half
In order for us to be good
Calderon has to be a
Higher volume player in this system
Especially if he's on
We're still not staying with the triangle
Long enough in the 24sec clock but
Maybe in time when more comfortable they will
Our defense has to improve, it's so bad
That is a long way from 'betrayal'
I thought the D looked real good for the most part. Guys were all over loose balls, getting a hand in when guys put it on the floor and our bigs continue to protect the rim. The biggest defensive weakness continues to be leaving shooters open on the perimeter but that even looked better as the half came to a close.

I actually thought the defense was ok considering. Celtics got some of what they wanted in the paint, but other than that it's been ok.

MSG played a little video of JR saying that during the first half -- I was pleasantly surprised to hear him say that.
. Dalembert 5 Pts, 6 Reb, 2 Ast, 3 Blk.
Nice
Hard to hide Amare defense, or lack thereof.
minus amar'e that was some good team d.
Stat takes at least a full year to learn anything new and by the time he figures out a triangle has 3 sides he'll be outta here. Guy looks very selfish out there.
