Stat takes at least a full year to learn anything new and by the time he figures out a triangle has 3 sides he'll be outta here. Guy looks very selfish out there.

Imo he actually picks up things pretty quick...his downfall is a total disreagrd for defense.

Can't say I agree on his learning curve, but either way he'll be a liability on defense and continue to cancel himself out IMO. He is so not the future of this team that I don't even want to see him on the court.

The way I see his season playing out is he has no more than a dozen games to make a case for deserving even 20 minutes a game. If he doesn't, Phil will have to decide if they continue to give him time to showcase him for a salary dump trade mid-season or just say screwit and more less bury him on the bench since the franchise may have little incentive left to cater to Stat.

even within this offense I don't think I've seen Stat pass the ball once.

melo is playing really good right now.

Larkin is probably the one player I'd give the most rope to hang himself with. I suspect he is going to need more leeway, but if he starts to produce the leniency will have been worth it. I say that because he is completely unlike anyone else on the team and if he can get on track, he could power a super up tempo 2nd unit that can tire out other teams. I say give him more time for now.

Shump getting that defense back.

Nice to see a good third quarter.

Shump & Larkin on the court at the same time could generate a good amount of steals picking off the lanes.

I was not a fan at all of Shumpert last year, but it looks like he's starting to get back to that level he was at his sophomore season where he can be a solid contributor.

Yep, Shump and COle played that one well. SHump jumper looks pretty good too. Somewhere there is a tear rolling down Guns' cheak.
