first game at madison square garden for your beloved knicks.
casey said he is going to limit lowry + demar's minutes for the rest of the preseason so you will see a healthy dose of vasquez + ross and probably james johnson (possibly fields) to guard melo.
good luck y'all...
The djsunyc jinx returns! I'm sure we're 0 for 20 in raptor games you start the thread on- We now have no shot at winning this game!
3 games in 4 nights in preseason- no excuse for such shoddy scheduling
I don't understand the rationale of bac2bac preseason games! Why would the NBA allow such a thing? The players are the product and they should be doing everything possible to protect the players against injury due to fatigue this early in the process of getting ready for the season.
That said I like this matchup. We need to be really focused on this division. The Raps are a serious obstacle to overcome. They've developed into a very effective team and the Knicks must respect this team and bring the right level of intensity this season.
Bargs should play this game and show his old how much defense they're missing.
Looking for crack baby to smooth out his jitters this game and play better.
The beat writers on twitter said Pablo was given Saturday off as a rest day. I wonder if Jose or Shane have their minutes cut tonight.

Seriously, what the hell?
The players are only playing 15-20 minutes. The schedule is fine.

Wow Lowry hit 31 minutes. Is Fields hurt or did he just get a dnp in the last game.
Bargs out again. Odds of winning has increased.

After tomorrow they don't play until next wk on pay day, where the average pay check is $90,000.00 for 15 days worth of work (they actually worked 11) that they enjoyed doing.

fields got some minutes but he's basically out of the rotation for the most part. he'll be situational this season. it's a shame, when he plays, he doesn't hurt us. but his nerve issue killed his shot and may end his career.
no lowry + jonas tonight - being rested.
i anticipate this rotation:
starters: vasquez, demar, ross, 2pat, amir
bench: lou, fields/hamilton, johnson, handsbro, hayes
with a possible bruno caboclo sighting at the end...
How come out starters have a
Hard time actually running the triangle

Set in there ways. It'll take a little longer for them.

I see no problems.
The problem is that the man who posts has to get a deeper position for the spacing to work. So far Dalembert has been to far out to effectively form the triangle. Melo too. Just watch where they look to get the ball when they post.
wow! The triangle is not helping Amare learn how to pass a couple of times a game? what a shock!
