They went 2 for 1. amazing!

and score buckets...
Once a rotation is set things will settle down. Fish is just trying out stuff but he'll set it soon enough.
I wonder if Galloway could grow into a player. His length on D would be nice at the pg and if his shooting carries over then he is like the prototypical triangle pg. He is another player I hope can stay in the Knicks DL system.
If we design it right, we could have a big 3 in scoring Smith Hardaway and Carmelo--but that would necessitate Shumpert coming off the bench --a place where I think he's best suited. JR Smith deserves to start.

Seems like he played the entire team. THJ just said, coach he's just putting us out there seeing what it's like, and how we play with each other.
Give a little credit to the bucks, they're moving the ball pretty well and the knicks are getting caught ball watching

True I noticed that--they just want to play. We potentially have 3 explosive wings in THJ JR and Melo--they need to get up and down.

Yeah me too. I like him, going back to Vegas SL. Kinda reminds me of Chris Duhon a little bit. I think he could be better than Duhon. He's got a smoothness/calmness to him and he can shoot. Maybe he gets a longer look this 2nd half.
It's funny how you guys are talking about our interior D, the perimeter d was super suspect.

If we can't contain the perimeter, it just makes the interior D more stressed out if we don't have a stopper in the paint.

He's a great outside shooter, and supposedly intelligent. Needs to work on his ball handling and working to get into position for his shot by moving without the ball.
Actually showed me some toughness on D when one of the Bucks tried to back him down to the hoop, and he was also quick enough to block Mayo's shot at the end of the half with those long arms of his.
I think one of his issues now is simply being too timid to assert himself. That has to change with experience, or he will never make it in this league.
Agree with you about the DL- he is a good candidate, and I think that is why they signed him to a training camp contract- gives them more control over keeping him on their DL team.
Is it me or does Wally talk a lot??
Shump hesitating way too much again. Needs to be more assertive and make decisive cuts, shots or pass quickly
Honestly, I don't know what some of you are seeing with Amar'e -- I see an spry, explosive player offensively. Look, defensively, even rebounding the ball, we all know the deal -- not his fortay. Whatever he can give us there is gravy, always has been, but man he looks great on the offensive side. I agree with Wally and have been saying the same thing -- it's a great sign for us. I'd actually prefer seeing him play the 4 alongside a shot-blocker/rebounder (ashame Cole seems to have been pushed to the backburner here--I like him better than Sammy, but Sammy's been solid) but I can see the argument having him play the 5.
I started watching in the 2nd quarter, but Shumpert is looking like last year again, there's a reason why he's not worth a 7 million dollar extension or whatever people want to believe. He's still a very weak offensive player, misses a lot of shots badly. He's not going to start if he cant hit the side of a barn.
Regular Shump seems to be back. Gungs get on your boy.
Not Acy's showcase moment
Is it me or does Melo seem to be the only one able to make the entry pass into the post consistently?

I like him but he's really not having the defensive impact that you'd want to see. He's been ineffective tonight on a variety of their players -- Middleton, the big Greek, Henson, etc..
