Wade is looking like a shadow of himself in my opinion. He seemed to have difficulty creating space against the Rockets 2nd and 3rd string players. I suspect that the Heat will have points this season where they will struggle mightily and even entertain the option of a full-fledged rebuild. We might be able to pouch some talent from them in a year or two.
I share your opinion about Cunningham though. He's the prototype of a triangle PG! I wouldn't give up Shumpert for him but I'd certainly play him ahead of Larkin.
Cunningham might not even make their team but he does look pretty spry playing the point. Maybe the move to the pg is just what he needed.
