Woody wouldn't have any player and ball movement though. It's an easier entry pass when you disguise it a little.

If we needed a 3 THJ would be out there. You're way too hard on him in my opinion.

yeah but prigs almost got stuck trying to force it in. kinda ugly.

yeah and obviously fisher is too.
Can't trust him.
nice win but they gave and open look
Got away with an open shot.
Cole and Early to close it out with Prigs.
3 guys who don't make bonehead moves.
THJ and Amare on the bench.
Shump in only for defense.

All I know is when I watch other teams play, the best players always have the ball in their hands in during crunch time. But on this board, its personal with Melo to some...

Fisher plays him a fair amount of minutes for a player he doesn't like. His defense is still very bad but I've seen development in every part of his game from last season so I don't really know what you're looking for. It's like you expected him to come in and be a fantastic two-way player in his second season knowing full well how one-dimensional he was as a rookie. That's not really fair. He has a long way to go and he's worked at his game, it takes time.

This
really? that was the worst disguise I've seen.
Though Melo had a mismatch in the post.

Naaah no one wants to see ISO chuck
It worked tonight, if it happens again
Hopefully Melo knows them down when games count
Otherwise it's a play of little to no mindfulness

I don't hate him. I just think that he is way over hyped. He does not do enough to be trusted. And, as a shooter he is way to inconsistent.
I like early though he seems less athletic. He does smart things.

i was surprised how quickly Pablo was shooting tonight. Is Fisher the Pablo whisperer?
Pablo is so good at shooting threes I would like to see him take at least 5 a night.

absolutely!
I don't think people realize how good he was tonight. And, love that quick 3 off the Jason Smith pick.
The dude can't shoot and is so efficient.
Quick shots and decisions! No Woodyball.
Wasn't pretty but I think it was important to get this W. Some good things tonight, Melo was good, Larkin was real good in the 1st half (someone apparently told him to be more aggressive and it appears to be sinking in--a great sign), Pablo was very good (seeing the importance of going 3 deep at the point---this team goes 3 deep at just about ever position), some good moments in the middle from Sammy and Cole, I thought Jason was productive (I think we need to devise a way to get this guy more shots when he's out there), JR came alive late...
Main problems continue to be indecisiveness, horrendous turnovers that shouldn't even happen and we continue to be absolutely atrocious closing out on perimeter shooters...We tighten these areas up and everyone continues to improve individually and get comfortable with their roles, I think we'll be ok.
