Westbrook may be one of the handful of players who can take over a game. He is an example of a player really imprinting a game with his presence in a way I wish Melo could. I mean if you're already going in knowing a player is a scorer, at least that scorer should really impact the game in some way besides the ball going through the net. His speed and penetration is very disruptive.

yea saw that. Very impressive
Lance Thomas looking pretty good for OKC filling in for Durant.
Why the hll did Scaremento give up a 20-6-3 PG for nothing?

They are idiots. I was listening to something, I think it was Zach Lowe from Grantland's podcast, where he was saying that their owner/front office truly believes they are a contender out west.
Say WHAAAAA? There is some major cognitive dissonance going on in Sacramento. They also took Nick Stauskas, a shooting guard, in the draft AFTER letting their PG walk for nothing. And Elfrid Payton was sitting there on the board. That's looking like a very stoopid move right about now.
The Kings are dumb.

Kobe referred to him as a Teddy Bear in the media from the exchange

Also, for a guy with the rep as a ball hog the Westbrook averages 6.9 assists/game over his career.

There's a rumor that Boogie and Thomas did not get along.

I called him a Souped Up Camby Day 1
Camby? No way. Comparing him to Camby is an insult. Davis has guard type skills on the perimeter and can play 4 positions, even Point Forward. Not to mention his ferocious defense on the other end.
He's more like Tim Duncan with freakish athleticism. Tim Duncan after being irradiated and gaining superpowers Marvel Comics style, athleticism. His ceiling is ridiculous. Total nerdgasm.
I think a young Kevin Garnett is a better comparison. Kevin had a smoother Jumper, but Davis is better rim protector.

Thats also a good comparison. A more athletic Garnett. Jeeesus.
